Just switched over to Windows 11 24H2 IoT Enterprise Subscription LTSC and activated it instead with HWID Activator
Did it work?
@@hondurasen3632 it doesnt
Since they show it can be done, they may as well just release this as a Windows 11 Lite version (if they want, with all the usual bloatware from Win11) so that everyone can upgrade without hassle.
Using this on my work laptop. Works like a charm
so true just tested on my old pc
Think about making the move good new to hear folk can run this in older devices. Now just need to find out after the 90 days how on can activate if you like it.
Windows LTSC is a good option for those who want a system free of bloatware, without Copilot, and -no telemetry.-
Without telemetry? Well..
telemetry is still here 😊
@@kilObit oh sorry my bad 😅
your right about bloat, 0 bloat its clean
@kilObit There's always things like Winareo, which would work in removing most of it, it not all.
I used a program called ShutUp10 with Windows 10 LTSC to disable as much telemetry as I could, Does anyone know if there is a similar software for windows 11 LTSC?
ShutUp10 is still compatible with 11, you need the ++ version of it though.
This probably runs games better than unix BS alternative without any problems
It runs game same as windows 11 bloated
What is idle ram usage and does it have group policy editor?
I recently installed windows 10 2021 LTSC as I'm a fan of windows 10, and cause LTSC gets security updates longer than normal windows (i probably wont keep my pc that long obv but i will def wanna keep using windows 10 past 2025)
Dude, can you plz made a video or post a guide on (your website) "how to install Microsoft Store in Windows LTSC editions?"
Open PowerShell in admin mode and put the command " wsreset -i", wait 5 or 10 mn, the store will be installed automatically.
ill try
I'd say use alt store for ltsc versions....
Microsoft ps gallery!
Question is what will happen after 90 days of this version windows 11 will loose all of data? If so to recover it?
I tried to install this iso in wmware, I had issue with vmware attempting to start up from no media. It doesn't let me switch to Firmware type: BIOS, it's only UEFI
works after I change the image to ARM64 edition Only, thanks
Which machine do you have?
@@ToNielson OS? I'm on mac, it's all figured out
@@gamesojen Well ten you would have to use ARM64 (aarch64) ISOs, as Macs moved away from Intel
There are 2 types of LTSC, 1 with IoT and 1 without (Only LTSC) you must've installed the normal LTSC without the IoT !!! epaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Saludozzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Windows 11 LTSC 24H2 ja vem ativado ? Se não como ativar?
Thank you very much for this!!!!
This version does not support some older displays, Wi-Fi and Network cards. I have it installed on multiple Thinkpad 440 variations and the issues randomly show up. I know Thinkpad 440s are way older laptops but your YMMV - Good luck!
Big fan bro!
This license is only valid for 90 days, tried activating with HWID Activator and KMS and both got error message
You need the full version, evaluation versions cannot be activated.
Should I install this on my main laptop?
Do you think I will get any performance gain? I use Windows 11 Home.
Also can I enable TPM and Secure boot on LTSC for games like valorant?
Thanks!! Love your videos
yes you can but test it first, and remember it's a evaluation
keep win 11 home .... by installing this you must have a new activation code, microsof store and the various xbox connections are missing ...... do a debloat, clean the computer well and it will be fine anyway
I have windows 10 pro activated , will I have to activate it again on the LTSC version?
Yes, your Pro activation will not work on Enterprise LTSC editions. If you want to use it you shouldn't download the Eval version, those can't be activated.
What does it being a 90-day evaluation mean, will it just stop working?
yes after that it will expire
Is this os working for gaming or does this has issues for it like dealing for gpu drivers?
dealing with GPU drivers? its same as win11 but better
idle ram usage?
Why use Windows 11 LTSC when we have Windows 10 LTSC?
Windows 10 ltsc is based of old really old version of windows (year 2016, i might be wrong tho, I don't remember exactly) and some apps just straight yo refuse to work with that old version of windows, as windows 11 ltsc is based up of newer version it can be even used for home version,
That's how I would think, but in reality ms just wants to make more money, by seeling keys for this
@@wixlogoYou're thinking of an old release, back when it used to be called LTSB. There was two other releases since then. The latest LTSC for Windows 10 is the 2021 release, which is built on 21H2.
@@Jon717 That's also already 3 years old. Might start to create problems soon, especially after October 2025.
but what can we do after 90 days ?
Maybe reinstall it again, i'm not sure what happens after 90 days, but it isn't called an eval for nothing.

Is this the same version as the leaked version?
no
@@kilObit so what's the difference anyway?
@@Einaudi-ms5ei you dont have option to choose enterprise LTSC, from inside its actually same
This is of course too good to be true. This version is just a trial that stops working after 90 days and you can't activate it. When final version is released it's not intended for normal users so it can't be easily acquired for home computers.
true, but this is the win11 we need
The full version is already released to OEMs, shouldn't be difficult to find if you know where to look.
i guess it's time to fresh install xd
🤣
Download link to that wallpaper please 😂😢😢
how to obtain the LTSC license?
this is what i found,,,
LTSC version is a corporate product so one need to sign a corporate contract with at least 5 licenses. Please note, one need to have Windows 10 Professional license to install LTSC license so it is expensive enough. Please contact Microsoft partner near you for purchase.
it looks like they are expensive + hard to get

What if I want to install it on my actual computer and not a virtual machine? How do I install it that way? I've downloaded the iso file, but how do I mount it for installation?
Make a bootable pendrive using rufus. There are lot of tutorials on youtube that you can search.
can we activate this windows version? (permanently)

can i use with core 2 duo 3gb ram
core 2 duo doesn't have sse4. 2 so no
you have to go at least Intel core or any processor released 2008 and later
Only with a 90 day trial period
Hello, can I easily download and install apps such as: Ondrive, Google chrome, Opera, Office Pro 2021, Adobe acrobat. Thank you for your answer
yes
I want to try this, but all my machines have Win 11 Pro.
try on vm
so, what about popcnt? they can't afford to remove popcnt as a requirement even without tpm and secure boot. still won't boot. You should know that, sorry I have to dislike this video unless you retest it on devices under 2011.
tf
Ig it's was introduced in 2009, that is 15 year old pc!
I was wondering the same thing. From what I understand, AMD K10 and Intel Core (2006) CPUs are incapable of booting Windows 11 24H2...full stop. Bypasses are impossible.
Does it work without PopCnt
no, all edition asks for SSE 4.2 (aka popcnt included)
Hello my friend, I tried to install the version on a somewhat old account using the RUFUS program, but after booting from the USB, the booting stopped at the Windows logo and the installation was not completed, and the computer restarted. This happened to me several times and I did not know the reason... Please help.
Now i am on fedora linux

...based on Redhat
So why are you here? Nob
And? You love your terminal, i get it

is there fix for windows defender not opening at all ?
The LTSC version of Windows 10 will still be supported way beyond the EOL date October next year but there's one problem with these versions which is home users aren't supposed to legally use these versions of Windows. These are for Enterprise Use (Or for machines called "Critical Mission" Machines - Hospital Computers, ATM related systems, etc - that have larger periods of time without getting updates as not to have their normal function jeopardized)
Just because Microsoft doesn't consider my machine mission critical doesn't mean I don't 😂
@@ventilate4267 My thoughts exactly. Too bad I'm not acquainted with anyone inside the company that could otherwise persuade them into rolling this version of the OS into the general public
@@felipelopes4376 there's a reason they don't lol, it doesn't have any of the money making bloatware installed. It still has some telemetry, but if they actually wanted to release this to the public they would have
@@ventilate4267 Obviously they don't release it because they don't want to. And the reason they don't demand TMP or any of the Security extra requirements for those clients whose systems would likely be the ones to need said extras the most (like Hospitals, Banks, etc) is because Enterprise type clients will take their money and move their business elsewhere if MS puts roadblocks or anything that might hinder the functionality of those machines (which just goes to show that they really don't put that much stock in those security requirements and they're there mostly to act as a deterrent to try and force the average user into buying new PC's from MS OEM partners) It's way easier to bully the "small" guy then pick up on groups. That's why Windows for home users isn't streamlined and Windows for Enterprise clients is
The bigger problem is that regular software will stop working on those old Windows versions. You get the security updates, but developpers of software and games have no reason to test on Windows 10 anymore after next October.
kilObit, do I need SSE4.2, POPCNT, and a Microsoft Account?
POPCNT yes, everything else no.
Valotant nahi chale ga 😂
is this version is ready for everyday use i mean like its not a developer edition or preview (something like that )
its like in release preview, so yeah it's stable
Everyone consider this is for 90 DAYS !!!, so let's start counting June-July-August !!, that means at the start of September you'll need to do a fresh reinstallation of this test version, or they said that the Final version of this Win 11 IoT LTSC is coming in September or October, so there you have it, make your own decisions !!!, I'm going to clean install on my driver PC, and when the Final version comes out then the Final one will BE !! epaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Saludozzzzzzzzzzzzzz From México !!! Just remember these versions are Volume (VL), I have a VL Win 10 Serial Key you will need that epaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa !!!
The final version is already out. It has been available to OEMs since May 22nd. The IoT version doesn't support volume licensing yet, and it won't for a while. IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021 didn't even get KMS support until last year. They support HWID activation though.
does it have the AI features? i hope it should not.
no
Can we install windows app store on that plz guide ???
No
No
@kilObit no defender UI .. cant change any settings smh
It's an evaluation copy, not the full version. It's intentionally limited for testing purposes.
@@Jon717 alright thanks
what about activation key? After 90 days, MS says after installing " if system is not genuine, and the PC will shut down every hour."
read again - i think that is only the evaluation copy running in a virtual machine
Oh really! Does it really shutdown evey hour? I was on ltsc edition back then during lockdown before moving to linux and the reason i got to linux i remember is because my system use to shutdown, I thought it was due to overheating..
But now ig you can use MAS to get bypass it
@@daveginboav There are other ways to get rid of it, but I Windows 11 home come preinstalled on my laptop and installed Win LTSC and if the key does not work. what are the option ? MS is gonna charge very high amount just for personal use.
Windows defender also works theres right?
yes
@mvstermlnd they do,
They do regularly provide security updates regularly, most of the time you won't even have deal with it, it does it automatically in background and doesn't even require restart
