  • Hi everyone, Welcome to “Hello Julie”. 🤗
I went on camping trip last weekend and made “Dakgalbi” from TV show “Jinny’s Kitchen2”. Dakgalbi is spicy stir-fried chicken and it is one of the most popular dish in Korea which is made with various kinds of vegetables such as potatoes or sweet potatoes, cabbages and onions etc.. It’s made based on the Gochujang sauce and goes well with rice, but in Jinny’s Kitchen, they made perfect combination with noodles which balance up with the spicy chicken. When I followed by the exact recipe of Jinny’s kitchen, and found its little sweet to me, so I reduced the amount of sugar as followed. This is absolutely delicious and something worth trying.
