ShartimusPrime Biography:
Inspired by watching boring Transformers action figure reviews, the ShartimusPrime youtube channel was launched in 2008. Engaging the audience with an edgy sense of humor for adult collectors, action figure collecting has never been this fun, and videos are posted daily! Unexpectedly, the channel became more popular for Marvel Legends reviews and Spider-Man, Avengers, and X-Men collection display videos. After a few years, the channel has branched out to review other figure properties aside from Marvel Legends and G1 Transformers Masterpiece. Hot Toys, Star Wars, Diamond Select Toys, DC Collectibles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Evil Dead, and The Walking Dead toy lines have all been added to the roster of nearly 2,000 video reviews. Japanese import figures from SH Figuarts, Bandai, Figma, Square Enix, and Medicom MAFEX have been favorites as well. More recently, Kotobukiya Statues (including the very sexy Bishoujo line) and NECA Toys have become more prevalent on the channel. Being a big fan of movies such as Spider-Man, Batman, X-Men, Iron Man, Captain America, The Avengers, Evil Dead, Pacific Rim, Aliens, and other films has lead the channel in the direction of also reviewing movies, movie trailers, blu ray releases, and tv shows. News updates for 2016 releases and beyond are also posted. Audience engagement is a big part of this channel, with giveaways and fan mail being read publicly once a week in the PO Box Pick-Up videos. Impressive “Shart-Art” is shared via social media and included in the opening theme song. The audience is also kept up to date with any changes to the channel, along with recent comic book pick-ups, unboxings, and action figure hauls. Stop-motion segments punishing the popular meme of the Big Time Let Down Spider-Man close most of the comparison segments, and are compiled together for guaranteed access to patrons. Lastly, all figure reviews close with a slideshow featuring dynamic poses of the figure inspired by ACBA, with the added bonus of music performed and recorded by ShartimusPrime himself.

I loved Cassandra as Batgirl back in the day and am glad to see an articulated figure of her. I would have preferred it be more like her first appearance (with a pouch belt and non-heel boots) but Mcfarlane figures be Mfarlane-ing at this point.
McFarlane should release all caped figures with wired cloth. Heck, he could re-issue old figures that had plastic cape and switch out with cloth cape and call them 'Cloth Wire Cape" Edition.
I would actually start buying McFarland bat family figures
Cassandra the GOAT
Haven’t gotten mine yet, but this video has me even more exciting. She’s one of my favorite characters. Keep up the good work Shartimus.
My favorite Bat Family member.
Really?
@@emmanuelsilvera8032 Yep, Nightwing is a close 2nd. FTR I don't include Batman in the "Bat Family" conversation, he's on a level above them and is my 2nd Favorite Superhero behind as you can probably guess by my Avatar....Superman.
@@FullmetalNinja25 I see, Batwoman is really cool but I prefer Kate Kane. Robin will always be my favorite for Bat Family members.
Agreed
If McFarlane can pull a wired cape on this price point, and a WIRED COAT (as seen in the new Cpt Boomerang), then Hasbro truly has NO excuse for their sh**t.
A wired cape is cheaper for Todd (no sculpting, no molding,...), buddy!
I an excited to get this one, but man, wish we got some alternate hands, and yes smaller batarangs would be grand
Glad to hear a positive review for this figure. Definitely going to get her.
Definitely a add for my Bat Family display merely a handful to go til it's complete
Here’s hoping for a Luke Fox Batwing and main DCU Azrael soon 🙏
I just want 6 inch DC figures for my Marvel Vs DC theme.
Wow the mismatching for the blacks is really bad, i dont see why you'd say its nice, the stomach and chest have different finishes, so do the upper and lower legs
I cant wait for my figure to come also just ordered knightfall Nightwing and pre order captain boomerange and starfire from GameStop since everywhere else Starfire is sold out
Cool action figure collection ❤😊
First one here, bro I’m your biggest fan

The glazing is strong with this one
I can't wait for this figure. I'd wish for some more alternate hands and an unmasked face.
As for the reason why you never heard of this character Shartimus, the character was quite popular in the early 2000s until DC themselves buried the character three times (the former co-publisher had this thing for Barbara Gordon, and always pushed this character to the side to diminish them). Since the co-publisher got fired in 2020, the character has gotten a resurgence and shares the mantle with Barbara Gordon and another. Hence the "Batgirls" moniker.
Figure looks meh ok. Not something to rave about. Don't really like the reuse of the body. Should've made a whole new body sculpt and give her better accessories. The only good are the head sculpt and wired cloth cape. Other than that, not worth the pickup at full price. Maybe at low clearance price, may pick it up and use it as custom fodder. An easy pass on this one.
Waiting on mine to ship but she's actually the 3rd comic wise on Batgirl lineage. Barbara is #2. Of old enough to know the first that was a sidekick to the original Batwoman you can say it. 4th is Stephanie Brown and boy I await her to get a good dog.
Cassie is the Daughter of Lady Shiva and was trained to be an assassin by her father. She and Stephanie Brown become friends when Steph is Spoiler and later they work together in the newer Batgirls book (19 issues). She was mute but slowly learned to talk thanks to Babs and rest of the bat family. In a Harley book someone tried to shoot her and Batman stopped him but he says "You're I got to you before she did".
Cassie and Steph I do wish we're In a Two pack cause they really are the new Dynamic Duo. Very fun together.
Pretty neat figure but she needed much more accessories. Love the cape. Do want it just for that.
It's a good looking figure for sure once I get back from WrestleMania I'll make an order for her
Man, the black outfit makes the legs look extra loooonng. Not sure I feel about this, after getting it in hand.
Solid review. I absolutely do not like soft goods on my figures. I like the figure. The lack of accessories does not bother me. That cloth cape is what's keeping me from buying it.
Me too, the feast-for-the-moths-capes are making (in 9.9 of 10 cases) the figure look less valuable. But the fanboyism is strong with the dark (cloth cape) side! May the force be with us...
@@BATMAN-ze2xe, my problems with them is that they are dust magnets and don't wear well over time. Also, they rarely look natural.
Todd likes his black&gold these days! SHARTIMUS, how did you fix the self-dismembering right arm of the platinum first appearance Bats and did Mothman ambushed the cloth cape or why does the cape of him seems to be split in half (5:51)? Keep on...
How many bats out there 😆
2nd.
No body cares
I guarantee you MF 90s cat woman is coming next considering her head sculpt. There doing the most juiced out of a mold before hitting us with a banger of a catwomen. The system all toy companies do for most use out of remolds even in reverse.
Stupid question, Does the Cain Batgirl have the biggest bust? Asking for a friend, who can't stop nagging me that McFarlane refuses to make sexy, big busted women, EVER. My friend has taste and is a man of culture.
Loathe these cloth capes! As bad as cel-shading to me... So, not for me, but really needs a price -drop for those who like it..
Me too, it makes the figures looking cheaper. Most of the time the fabric is so thin you can read the newspaper thru it. Cloth-capes justify a price-drop even more, not only the (sadly) decreasing quality of the figures in general, but they are cheaper in production too (no sculpting, no molding,...).
her proportions are uff.... so bad the legs are soooo lon, the hands are gigantic, the whole thing looks goofy and the trigger fingers are just no it feels like they didn't even try and went on making the most standard in a bay way and boring female figure of all time which is good since it's such a good design
3:16 Weirdo
