Fun fact! The Magma Wyrm are other tarnished who've learned dragon spells and eventually turned into dragon hybrids, hence them wielding weapons.
Quick lore detail: Vyke, who invades at the frenzied flange village, is the Tarnished who got closest to becoming Elden Lord before the player character. And then he joined the Frenzied Flame and fell off completely.
Yes. You can also fight his non-frenzied essence imprisoned within an evergaol. He seemed to be a great knight before the whole elden lord quest. A quest that's pretty evil and drives lots of people to madness. Trying to defy death is never a good thing

Most cows, at least in America, that are produced for beef, are free roam cows, and they roam in a large wildlife with many other cows from different owners. Then towards the end of the season you go out and round up as many cows as you can, you don't care who they belong to, you sort that out later why you brand them. And then some ranchers who own enough land do something similar with pens and big open grazing fields.

Cows are out to pasture, you can't hurry them, magnificent ladies do what they want!
Fun Fact: The winged ladies you call "Sirens" are called Harpys. Sirens are mermaids that charm you with thier songs and then luer you ship on the rocks so they can eat you. Harpys do the same things only have feathers.
Pally you can climb to the top of the madness tower and kill the guys and it will stop
