Great job Ed and Andrew I really liked this video a lot. You should do one video like this for each jukebox in your collection Ed.

On a 45 rpm jukebox a switchable stylus... Or was the intention, that when the singles are completely mono, the stylus is a 25 micrometer instead 18?

I have the same jukebox. Can you please tell me what you used for side speakers or what I should use for side speakers? Thank You.

Check the manual to see what OHM rate you need -- I don't remember. Very few speakers will work with the Tempo II but a small pair of Bogens will do the trick. They are about $100/pair. Make sure you mount them equa-distant to each side from the main cabinet. Turn the amp setting to "hybrid" and you will be good to go. About 2/3 of the volume comes from the main cabinet and the remainder from the side speakers. The original side speakers with this model weer huge and are $500/pair if you can find them. Not necessary. Stick to the Bogen brand... Good luck.

Lift up the glass top dome and there are 2 latches on both sides -- release them and let the connectin g chains hold it while you bring the front door forward. On the right side you will see a latch bar with 3 positions. Put the lever in the center and move the "scan" lever over and the carriage will spin. When you reach the slot you want to change the record move the latch to the center and the mech will stop. Simply remove the record and replace it with another -- the hit side facing to the left in the slot. When you are finished changing the records you MUST move the latch to "operate." Failure to do so will render the machine inoperable. When you push the lower door back into place make sure it is latched securely. You should be ready to go.

If you got it in 2010 and it had not worked in 51 years, it never worked?
