The opening shots on all your videos are so beautiful and peaceful! You could probably make some very relaxing videos!!! Merry Christmas 🎄 to you all!!❤
To everyone who purchases Bomba's - Thank you!! The organization I work for is one that benefits from their generosity. I love this cabin and would happily live there if I could.
Two skylites would be great in the loft for more light in the daytime, and to star gaze at night❣️🥰 A small wood stove would be nice for heat, and to also cook a pot of soup or chili❣️😋 Drawers would be good to have below the counter. A rectangular dining/ work table would be great, to compensate for the lack of counter space. They make blinds for skylites. Yes, an opening skylite would DEFINITELY be necessary for bringing in fresh air at night, and to let hot air escape that has built up. An escape window is necessary as a fire escape in the loft, and a back door on the ground floor.
Love love love the wooded area where it is built & the beautiful wood throughout the cabin. As one person, the design is effective. I would add lots more plants to support the wooded life. Thanks for sharing. 💕
All your suggestions are valid and needed, whether for full time living or not. Currently the layout lacks forethought; ok as an overnight but that’s it for me.
I wouldn’t want to meet a bear during my walk from the parking lot down to the house❣️😱 Especially after dark❣️There’s no work space, so I would depend upon a rectangular table. Perhaps a fold down table.
Love the openess and timber , I agree with all your suggestions they all make a lot of sense , and you still would have plenty of room, Hopefully the owners see this and make the changes .Thank you for showing us this gorgeouse little cabin and its views ... I could live there if those suggestions you mentioned were done ..
Great ideas, very well made video. I would add a heck ton of safety features, especially in the loft, for fire/redundant egress. And extinguishers/fire blankets in the kitchen.
Stinky feet? Use a small tub and add 3 black tea packets to warm water then soak - the tannin in the tea stops the smell. I lived with a spiral staircase. I call them knee busters - ouch. They really mess up the alignment of your knees.
That's not a timber frame. Timber framing implies mortise and tenon joinery. That is a conventionally framed structure with a few structural timbers at best. Cool place, though.

Absolutely-can you ever have too many plants?! 🪴 😄😊

Like the fold down idea!

You are most welcome! Happy Holidays & Merry Christmas! 🎄
It is a really sweet little cabin.
As usual, your suggestions would make it more comfortable for full time living.
Thank you kindly 😊
Love the layout. 👍🏽👍🏽❤️
Simply lovely, and the high ceilings make it feel so light & airy!
@@TinyHouseExpedition I know right? I love it.👍🏽👍🏽
It’s gorgeous! I prefer a downstairs bedroom, so it wouldn’t be for me to live in, but a visit would be lovely.

Thank you very much! And good call on more safety features 😁😊
A bit tiny for full time living❣️❤️🥰
Look Out Mountain is beautiful. I love Chattanooga.

Thanks for the advice!
What is the counter height of the bathroom vanity? If you said it, I missed it.
It’s standard counter height, 36 inches 🙂
It's beautiful though 😅
I couldn't do that cause I'm disabled
That’s understandable, unfortunately :/
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

👍
I don't like the layout. But the wood and location are beautiful.
Ticks and mosquitoes
Really beautiful wooded lot with epic views 😍
They want u to stay 30 nights ??? WOW
That might just be for winter 🤔 they did nightly rentals last spring
That's a nice place , but the set up isn't to my liking . The appliance's are too big , plus the stairs to the loft is too steep .
I love your content, but the constant forced laughs are a turn-off and force me to watch something else.
Your feedback is noted. Just so you know, they’re not forced laughs; we like to laugh and sometimes we nervous laugh.
@TinyHouseExpedition I will try to be more tolerant!
placing an a/c right where you sleep isn't very smart. you can get sick.
