Her pushing Spencer was out of frustration with her wanting him to do the right thing, like get out of prison legally with out favoritism or because you come from riches and can have a special guard to watch out for you. Trina has high hopes for Spencer because she is in love with him, but he scares her because he is privileged, entitled, spoiled and needy. That takes a lot of energy to be in love with someone like that. Trina strikes me as a person who wouldn't waste her time on Spencer if she wasn't into him, especially since he has a girlfriend.
I also suspect that she was angry/scared because she thought that he had escaped from prison and was going to be a fugitive, and she likely wouldn't ever see him again.

I think she's frustrating with how much she likes him despite the fucked up stuff he keeps doing and the fucked up stuff he has her doing on his behalf. She's not a liar, but he just had her lying to a freaking police commissioner to cover for his felon ass having snuck out of lock up. That's bound to piss her off hah.
