- Dozens of arrests were made Monday night into Tuesday morning at NYU as pro-Palestinian and anti-Israel protests led to clashes with police. Yale also seeing roads closed by demonstrators over the last 24 hours. Columbia University canceled in-person classes after protests become more active over the last week with lawmakers and city officials calling them "antisemitic" and some of those lawmakers calling for the resignation of Columbia's president, Dr. Nemat Shafik. LiveNOW from FOX's Josh Breslow spoke with Noah Lederman, a Jewish freshman at Columbia, about his experience on campus.

Why isn't anyone protesting Hamas invasion and having hostages that have died?
No ine talks about the thousands of underage Palestinian children in Israeli adult jails.
The dead hostages are buried under the rubble along with the Hamas members who were guarding them.
If they were still killing people all these months and bombing innocent children by the thousands and our government was supporting them it would be the very same. What don't people understand. This is wrong on every level. Its horrible what hamas did but after all this I do understand how hamas came about and how they feel the way they feel. Israel has thousands of people in prison that shouldn't be there. Israel has killed thousands over the years. They have taken land and treated the Palestinians all over the west bank and gaza like subhuman. No human being wants to be treated like that. The people running Israel are not from Israel. They are from Europe. Settlers are not from there. This is whats worse. You loose your land to people that isnt even from there.

That was months ago, the IDF have killed some of the hostages in botched missions and they've been restricting food aid to the region which only starves the hostages as well. People do protest for the hostages and many of the families of the hostages have called for the Israeli government either to step down or to stop killing innocents because it doesn't help them get their loved ones back. It's not plastered on Western media though because we like to keep the "Israel si in the right" narrative alive for some reason...
Not only is this not the America I grew up in, this is not America.

And there were were Bomb threats constantly, Actual bombings and the national guard shot at students and even killed. There are cities in Europe that not only use hoses but they also use commercial manure sprayers. They are typically used for farming purposes to spray manure for crops but I don’t know why these US sites don’t have hundreds of them just for these types of situations.

They have been offered their own full state over 5 times in the last 85 years and have always said no. Their main goal is *not* their own state. Their main goal is the elimination of the one and only Jewish state in the world. But after last October, Israel is in no mood to offer another peace deal to these people. The Arabs will have to learn to accept Israel’s existence, to start actually governing themselves, and to be content with the area they currently control. They will not get anymore from Israel now.

Curious as to the peoples take on this. What is (was) the end goal of DEI? I believe DEI contributed to the hiring of each of these school presidents but my question, although somewhat off topic, is once "equality," were achieved would that mean standards would be raised again? If you mean anti some specific policy by Israel (eg against responding to the Oct 7th), I guess you're technically right. Double standard if anything but not demonstrably anti Jewish.
If you mean anti Israel as in taking away borders and leaving 7 million Jews (again) without an army in one of the most anti Jewish region of the solar system... that would be antisemitic.

I believe the Jewish students that are being threatened or harassed and disrupted from class should sue all of these universities for not getting the same opportunities as other students. Why not? That’s what actually gets results.
