you finally came to the era where EXO last had "proper" promotions. it was also fm this era when exo made a record of the fastest selling concert tickets in the world--0.2 secs (Elyxion-EXO Planet #4), beating their last concert (EXO'rdium) which sold out in 0.4 secs. crazy! this album is also(still on debate 😅) in the top 3 for exol's. you have to listen to all tracks and decide for yourself 😊 but definitely, the production here is top-notch 💗
The War was my number one favorite album until Obsession came out. The song Forever and Going Crazy are great bsides. Chanyeol just got out of the military last Wednesday. He has a live RUclips coming out on Oct 6th. Baekhyun will be back in 125 days. They are planning a comeback sometime in the spring of next year. As far as awards, EXO was placed in the Guinness World Records in 2018 for the most Daesang wins 23 (top award). They also won their first Daesang in 2013 with their 1st studio album XOXO. In total EXO has won 178 awards. What they accomplished as a group along with Big Bang and Shinee has helped elevate other kpop groups to the popularity you see today. Growl is said to be the kpop national anthem in Korea.

Obsession is simply an album where I, personally, absolutely love all of the tracks. Especially “Ya Ya Ya”, and “Groove”.
