Hello I'm facing a problem in my twinpods. The audio keeps on coming and going like some kind of obstruction in the signal. Left and right earphone keeps on switching audio. Is it the earfone that are faulty or you also faced such problem. How to fix it? Plz help

Mine works only for media audio and not connecting to take or make calls. Can you help?
Before connenting the earpods just turn on and off the airplane mode on your device then connect the earpods,the calls will work fine.
