Why wasn’t he searched and handcuffed when he was taken into custody the first time?
right like we might not be seeing this story if he had done a PROPER SEARCH. one of the first things they tech im sure. i have to say, if he was black he prob would have been stripped searched and hog tied. too many of the cops i hear about getting killed is because they assumed this white person is not dangerous. i know his wife like "why didnt he search him????" for the rest of her life.

@@srilauracan’t really even call it searched. they started to check him but then he said he didn’t give them permission so they stopped and continued the interview. once they knew they had enough to arrest him they cuffed him and left.
Oh ok, I guess he should be forgiven for the murder right? Since the officer made a mistake and lost his life because of it.
I wish I could thank the family of Officer East for this heartbreaking sacrifice. Officer East presents himself as a good guy. The kind of guy that became a cop for all the right reasons. I hope his family knows that having Hollis behind bars for life, has in turn saved many other lives. Hollis is a narcissistic sociopath & NOTHING will change him, EVER! Had he been left to the streets, there would have been a lot if damage.

Even after Hollis Daniels in his fancy suit was CONVICTED he was still allowed to leave the court NOT in handcuffs - hope Daniels has a horrible time in jail
as a new cop, that should have been his top priority- a complete body search and kept locked up. that was an unbelievably stupid move not to do a proper search. Y the cop let him get up and get behind him?????
U know its an US American on yt, if he writes "As an..." and begs for likes & comments that admire him. In reality US cops are soldier-mercensries. Here in Switzerland, Police Officers need to: military service served, have a SEK A grade profession (thats 4 years of work & school with a diploma). Then they go to the police school for 3, or 4 years. This school includes psychology classes etc.

The most disturbing part is the officers involved get a paid vacation holiday and keep their jobs for not doing their jobs correctly and getting their partner killed. Its like get rewarded for not doing their job.
