SUPER EXPLANATION
Madam,
I feel advocates are only eager to plunder the money of clients,and taking date after dates. This is my experience in RCS case pending since the year 2012.There should be provision that they should take full fees by cheque reporting to the court, or refund the full fees at any stage by cheque reporting to the court.
Hamare yaha ka system hi corrupt he .. general public ese hi mar jaye yaha waha chakkar khake n Paisa luta ke b justice nahi .. years on years nikal jate

Disciplinary committee ek committee hai ek court jaisa e hota hai... Jahan vakeelon k complaints ko suna jaata hai aur unnke khilaaf proceedings chalti hai... Aur sunwayi v hoti hai...

We have a hired a advocate since five he did not full fill the his clients needs like not filed any counters and or not done any work, he is also not appearing in the court and he is not informing the client the hiring date,
When we call him to come to the court, he first is the opposite advocate and there party present?...
Since he did inform the client, the court issued the arrest warrant and also he also did not apear on behalf of his clients..
The client asked him what if the court issues a warrant, for that he said never mind later we can solve it.
This the advocate cheated us . Can we file a case in the consumer court, if so please advise how to do that..
And also can we complain about this advocate to the chief justice of the High or Register general of he high court..
We are mentally, affected by this advocate, time wasted,money wasted, how I can claim compensation from this advocate.pls madam help..

Madam we given him a case about a land issue for sending pettion he asked 100000rupees for sending pettion as advance we given 80000₹
He said ok I will do and it has completed 16months of time but he has not send any pettion and now we asked you will not do sir we dont want any case return our money he is saying I will not give money what to do madam please help me by suggesting me please madam

U need to file a petition against that advocate in the State Bar Council Or Bar Council of India... Jo v state language hai aapka it can be filed in any of the language...
This is the case of Professional misconduct..

Suppose.. Advocate collected 5,000 for Filing Case.. Afterwards , He/She Denied !! Client is informed that all money is considered as Consulting Fees. More money is Demanded .. Then ?
File the case against that Advocate..

These all are written things but what steps a client can take against an Advocate if Advocate ignore the client. In my case Advocate do not take my phone call, do not talk with me properly however I had paid his fees.
Written things are the provisions mentioned in our law dea....n if an advocate is ignoring u n u had paid the fees also then go n visit his chamber n if he ignores u again then file a complaint against that advocate at Bar Association...of ur state

@@AmandeepKaur-hg4ri yes I have got a solution of that if you facing a problem from an advocate you can go to the bar council and file a complaint against the advocate in written, the bar council will look into the matter.

@@GoWithlaw actually maine passport ke liye apply kiya tha but police verification reject kr diya gya ye bol ke ki aap ke upr 2-3 saal se mukadma h ......jiske baare me na mujhe kbhi btaya gya aur na hi kbhi pta chla... infact mujhe ye tak nhi btaya ja rha ki mukadma kis wjh se hua h.... Kya aap bta skti ho hme kya Krna chahiye ab... Kiski help leni chahiye?? Hmara kbhi koi criminal record hi nhi rha h
Iske liye aapko local police thana me jaana hoga... Wahan jaa ke police see baat kariye aur records check karne k baad verification hoga... Wahi thana pr... Usske baad aapko pata chal jayega sab..
