I used to stores wood stamps similar to your method but grew to hate it. I've been stamping 20 years. I like my birthday stamps, xmas stamps, thank you stamps ect each in their own container. I love to display them about my craft room during the holiday month. They are part of my decor since I normally am at least ahead one month in my card making. I label each container appropriately. It only takes minutes to find what I am looking for. And I keep acrylic/clear stamps with them. I do have a catalogue if I want to get ideas while watching TV so I know where to find items. Sentiments are the most difficult to organize for me. You do have some good ideas/products so I may follow a few.
My problem is that clear stamps come with several different pictures / icons / whatever PLUS sentiments!! I’ve come to the conclusion that if I’m ever going to utilize ALL the items in my stash I’m going to have to break up the “sets” and put butterflies with butterflies, teddy bears with teddy bears, and sentiments with sentiments!! Otherwise, I’ve no stinking clue what various lil gems I have tucked away!!
TIPHANY … Are your trays only 8.5” x 11”? If not, maybe - as you were stamping your “swatches” - it might also have been helpful for future “re-filing” if you had put a sheet of a heavier card stock in the bottom of the drawer, and stamped it as well. That way, you’ll have a reference as to where, in the drawer, the stamp belonged. The photocopied piece could then be stored in a 3-ring binder for less cumbersome access to joggle the memory?
I stamped all my stamps on separate sheets of papers and named them by the drawer name, I also have stamps in pizza boxes and I have those stamped on paper. They are categorized by box number in sheet protectors and in a 3 ring binder. Very organized!
Hmm … the PIZZA BOXES sound like VERY good ideas, but maybe for my 12” x 12” papers instead of stamps. I’m determined to get all wood mounts DE-mounted to save space in my craft room/kitchen!!
Hi Laura, my desk came from office depot, but there is no shelf at the bottom. I looked through the video, but wasn't sure what you were seeing. If you can tell me the location time on the video I'll take another look. Tif
Please stop using that stamp and scrub. It is nothing but a bacteria catcher, ink spreader and stamp destroyer. It is better to use an old kitchen cloth and stamp cleaner (so it can be washed) or better yet, my favorite thing to use is baby wipes. Aloe no alcohol, scented or not, it doesn't matter. You also don't address un-mounting the stamps and using something like EZ Mount foam. Much easier to store, you can still copy the images, or number them (which ever).
I've been stamping since the late 80's & purchased ONE stamp set in a clamshell. I ADORE these storage cases. shh (I'm also using 8x10x1 acrylic shadow box picture frames. They stack perfectly atop these in a drawer of my antique chest.)
Hi Wendy - Sorry for the trouble with the sound. If you're listening through earbuds that might be the problem the problem. We only have mono recording so the sound will only play through 1 earbud :-( , this seems to be a bigger problem with apple devices. If you are able to listen just on your computer or phone with no earbuds you should be able to hear everything. I apologize for the inconvenience, we're working on the issue. Tif
Make sure you peel the tape backing off before you cut and then you can just cut and stick........cut and stick........etc.

I have a challenge for you Tiffany, can you come up with organization ways for fabrics of a sewing room?
Naticris Tellavi that would be so awesome if she could. I am tired of pulling my totes out!
I'm working on that now!!!
Thank you for sharing smiles
a lot of people still have them in the clamshells from when they obtained them so I don't find it misleading at all.
Barb's Craft Studio I still have stamps in clamshells, so I really appreciated seeing this!
I really need to get this done smiles
Can you please tell me where you purchased your table from, I noticed there is like a shelf on the bottom and I haven't seen anything like that around

you need to update what your doing, as Stampin' Up! no longer sells the stamps in clam shells and it's a bit misleading :D
as most people who need to organize their stuff still have items in the clamshells, I don't find it misleading at all.
I'm just saying because Tiffany says "if you buy stampin' up! stamps they come like this" she needs to change that.

Several of your videos don't have sound. This is one.
