Well... as much as I disagree with their worldview, they are far from armchair activists. Sure, they aren't flying out to the Middle East to protest, but they're also not sitting at home or conducting their activism solely online. I don't like them or their cause, but they aren't hiding per se.

1. The didn't hit anybody with batons unnecessarily
2. Kept calm - did not respond to provocation
a) No wild baton charges
b) No out of control dogs
c) No rubber bullets in the head/face
d) appropriate use of flash/bangs and CS
3. Did not obstruct press or cameras
I think law enforcement has learned:
