When I stayed at Pavilion Ceylon Hill I suffered very noisy aircons, noise from construction outside at night and very bare interior, not anywhere close to the pictures in the video. Axon has a lot of different owners of apartments renting out; you can find a lot of choice. I checked a few, but didn't like them so much.
