Mr. Wali, was waiting for your blog for a long time. Prof. Faizan Mustafa had argued that the way the case was argued was flawed. It should have been argued under Article 25 and 28 of the Constitution. And, I agree with you that even the judiciary is influenced; where was the need to provide Z plus security the the three Honorable judges giving out this judgment?
As someone who doesn't step outside without hijab, I definitely feel humiliated. Disgusting.

HIZAB is my Individual liberty, identity(feminity), privacy(hidden hair), choice, freedom of expression, domostration, conscience, individual belief system, religious practice, submission to the Allah, obeying to the Allah guidance, limitation, configuration of shame emotion, fear to Allah, distraction from sexual attraction and more focus on constructive work, social harmony, submission and obsession to my family, a dress code of my family organization and a psychological essential condition of my mindset. Hizab is not a stereotype tradition. It is our discipline and we want to go at progress securing our culture and our life style. We accept and respect diversity. It should be our fundamental right.
When someones ask about gender equality regarding Hizab matter then I want to ask one question to them that they have noticed many organizational system or morality. They know that most of moralities, disciplines, rules and regulations are made in favour of strong post or persons. Little fundamental moralities come in favour of weak persons. I want to know from them what happened about a labour and worker system. Have it finished from the world? When we go for getting a job then there are lot of eligibility criteria and responsibilities, then they give salary. They have lots of worker like us. I am a male. I have earned money and now I want to get submission and obsession of some females. Why should we not try to fulfill my desires? One organization make compulsory to wear uniform. It is right for them. But if we make a hizab rule then why they say I am bad. Now all females are equal and more progressive. If they want to fulfill their desires they should also marry more lower potential males in this world and they should dominate like males. No anybody go to stop them. We marry a lower potential female and give everything to them. We give education and equality everything. But if we want obsession of any girl, submission of any girl, a dominative chief leadership of my family organization why should we not struggle for it? We can make a girl servant but why we can not marry with servant having a condition of Hizab and parda. Our family is like a organization for us. Hizab is dress code of our family organization. We make lot of rule regulation in my family for developing ouselves like an organization. If someone think we are wrong then she should leave our organization. American follow Authoritative parenting style, China follow authoritarion parenting style when we make some rules in our family, why do you say we are Terrorist and consevative without discussion with us regarding our culture and disciplines.
