I use potato starch to coat my chicken with spices. I mist it with water mix wait ten seconds. Then repeat three times. This process also provides the crunchy bits as well.

Yeah adding celery salt is classic…along with onion powder/garlic powder/salt/pepper…I also always add Sazon!
Placing fried chicken in the oven for a few is an old southern trick for super crunchy bird. Smoked paprika accompanies celery salt extremely well when frying chicken. Try it next time perhaps. Everything looks delish as usual Hun. I could just eat the bun w/ butter. 🦋

It's inconceivable to me that people would casually carry something around with them that costs $1,100. That's insane and borderline stupid. The first time the sandwich dropped I couldn't get my hands on it so I made my own, and wow it was good. I was able to get my hands on the new release and I'll say it's pretty damn good. But it's not a chicken sandwich I would wait in line for. Luckily there was no super long line when I went. If there's no wait at a Popeye's near you I'd say you should try it - if not just leave it alone sis LOL. Making your own is always better!
