May God heal our kids, it's draining kabisa. Moringa doesn't have the best taste but has so many benefits in the body. You can even add it to the vegetables. I hope you try one day.

What has worked for me is not looking at how many kilos I shed instead I see it as something I would want to do even in my old age,(it's a lifestyle basically). This is like 2 or 3 years of consistently work out, about 14kgs down. Try making this a habit, do it without fail for 21days and from there your body will get used to it. Begin slow and slowly advance as you go by. Don't stop , keep going even if you feel demotivated. Check Stephanie Mwaura on ig. She got lots of Nuggets on losing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
