    Very helpful. My only tip to add would be to test the new motor/rear wiper and make sure it is working before reinstalling all the covers.

    Seems unnecessary to remove side and top trim panels???....unless needing access to the wire harness...the big panel sit "on top " of the side pieces......so wouldn't need to remove ...

      +Fredy Mendez We do not have a way of being able to diagnose the issue that you are experiencing with your vehicle but suggest taking it to a local mechanic for a proper diagnosis.

      @@1AAuto This link does not connect with a video. I'm changing out a rear window motor on a 2009 Highlander. It seems similar but it looks like there is one extra nut on the outside after you remove the wiper blade. Do you have a video? Thanks!
