My question though is how a fresher is supposed to show, the collaborating, the iterating or the problem solving part based on feedbacks from different teams, if one is not getting hired in this saturated job market? I agree with you that 90% of UX designers are un-hire-able, I myself have witnessed peers who just copy-pasta the generic designs they have found on the internet. I also am curious to know what projects should I put in my portfolio to land an internship, so at least I am able to set foot in the industry. Looking forward to more insightful contents.
