Oh boy how I missed out there on that long awaited "Cookup rice" well as of what I saw. You did well with the help of Sherryann. I really enjoy this video. Even tho the video was 25 minutes I took a hour to watch cause I just love it. 😂😂.
I usually fry up my seasonings and then throw it in the pot. Then I would throw in the already pressured meat and peas. Then I would put in the rice. I will leave it to boil for a little while and then add flavour to taste.
Mixed meats Cook-up rice, one of my favorite guyanese dish. Yes it need married man poke/Basil and thyme to flavour it nicely, that's how i make mines even though I'm living in France . We also do a cucumber salad on the side! 👌

Also, you have Amerindian foods from which pepperpot originated. But cooks up rice is widely used by all races because it's cheap and nutritious.
