  • In this vlog I did a week long womb healing ritual to celebrate my birthday and to grow spirtually. Some of the activities included a juice cleanse, dancing, writing a letter to the past, taking a foot bath, and impregnating a symbolic womb.
Here are some of the take-aways that I took from completing these exercises.
    1. There is a reason why I love dance so much. Dance is a way for me to connect with my body and with mother earth through movement. In order to be a good dancer, you have to let your guard down, be yourself, and allow your body to flow. Dance is about SURRENDER.
    2. There is power in RELEASING. A few things from the past came up this week, things that really hurt my self-esteem and caused me to go in a shell. Finally addressing those things and releasing that energy, was so freeing.
    3. Using my creativity to initiate the manifestation of my goals felt so natural. I thrive when I am able to create, just for the fun of creating.
    4. This is the start of something beautiful. With this ritual, I feel like I've opened up a line of communication between me and my womb and have started on this spiritual pathway towards healing past traumas.
If you would like to try the ritual for yourself you can buy the ebook with the link below. This video is not sponsored or in collaboration with the creator. I just really enjoying doing it and wanted to spread the love. If you end up getting it, please let me know! I would love to hear your experience.
