Thank you so much to JSX for getting us home. We truly appreciate it.

Noel, the Tesla is a little different and high tech. It requires you to learn the systems. I have one. It is NOT junk. It is the #1 selling car in the world. It is fabulous and economical to operate. Don't blame the car because of your failure to watch the instruction videos they provide you. The Tesla is FAR better at self driving.
I wrote the above before your medical emergency, so I extend well wishes and glad everything worked out!
You flew embrittlement with josh
🤔nice Teshirt
Welcome to health care in America. We pay every day. To help us. No. We pay to go all around the world killing people.
@@wylieecoyotenah Teslas are terrible, build quality is ass and the cars themselves are dangerous
Whoever at JSX arranged to have flowers and that card, give them a huge raise. We started crying at that point, too. Get well Rachel. As someone with mobility issues from an accident years ago, who still travels the world on business, your adventures have been such a good education for so many. Thank you. All the best from my family to yours. And well done JSX.
Excellent .
Absolutely! ❤
Oh, now that I hear about the accident I feel a bit bad about my previous comment...
Glad Rachel is OK. We'll done JSX as well
JSX -- that's a true class act there. I've never flown them, but will definitely consider it in the future. I've already pulled up their route map.
Hats off to JSX. It’s wonderful to see human compassion from corporate America!
I wonder if they would have done this for anyone. Obviously they did it for somebody with half a milion of subscribers on RUclips. Free publicity.
JSX just restored my faith in humanity. What good people! I've had acute gall bladder and pancreatitis. Never known pain like it. Times like this, the kindness of others matters. Hope Rachel is fully recovered by now. My recovery took months, so take it easy.
I had it too. It was worse than labor!
As a former JSX alum, I'm so glad you received wonderful service and comfortable flights. We always enjoyed providing special treatment for passengers like you two.
I don't think it compromises your principles to accept the offer from JSX. They reached out to you during a stressful time to get you back home. That's just excellent customer service on their part. ❤😊
Rachel is so patient, so non-entitled, so thankful and grateful, she's an amazing woman, she deserves the world!
Such a fantastic personality. They make sure a great team and partnership. Compliment each other so well. So easy to see how they fell in love.
Rachel is wonderful! God bless you both!
She has the world always with her a bald one😁
No one says anything about Noel .. unfortunately
Yep it’s called being British! Great they provided a ramp. I have MS myself and airports are always a chore, even though I’m not bad enough to need a wheelchair at this time.
It is not often an airline makes a passenger cry...for thankfulness. THANK YOU JSX.
I am so glad her illness had a happy ending.
A company with a heart. Well done JSX and I hope Rachel is fully recovered
Here's to a rapid full recovery. As for JSX, it's nice to see a company treat people as customers whilst understanding their needs, not numbers of a bit of paper.
That poor woman! 😢 I could not imagine flying a day after that surgery, it is NOT fun and very painful! So glad she’s ok! She seems very sweet and I love her sense of humor! 🤗❤️
My mother had a medical emergency many years ago while travelling back to Australia via Dubai. We got an endless amount of kindness from the staff at our hotel and from Emirates and I don't think words can express the feeling of having someone just take some of the load for you when things get insane. Well done, JSX. Pure class, to borrow a Britishism, that's what you've shown with this. Absolute pure class.
Who cares!
@@ElPierdolitohey that’s not nice!
🤡@@ElPierdolito
10/10 for JSX for the great customer service and given a bunch of flowers and a get well card. Glad Rachel is back home in Texas, and that she's doing well now
Though we knew it before, this video has reinforced for us what good people you and Rachel are. Both of you have kind hearts and appreciative spirits. Human kindness flowed throughout this entire ordeal, and it was heartwarming to see it. Cudos to JSX for stepping up when you needed it. After Rachel heals, the two of you will have to return to Vegas and make new and happier memories. Prayers and best wishes.
Absolutely ❤❤❤
Ok… this was an amazing video, I teared up when Rachel got the flowers from JSX. I’m so sorry this happened to you guys but I’m glad Rachel got the surgery she needed. JSX reinforces human kindness, its prevalent everywhere.
Same. Never ever teared up during an airline vlog. You poor guys xxx Love from Perth xx
As someone who’s had pancreatitis caused by gallstones and had to have emergency gallbladder surgery, I’m happy you guys were able to get it taken care of quickly. That pain is like nothing else I’ve ever experienced. Hope Rachel is doing well!
Noel, it is so beautiful to see the love you have for Rachel. Seriously, every single word you said after she went to hospital was so heartfelt and really hit home. I hope the World gets to see this video...this is what love is all about!
Couldn’t agree more
Absolutely 10/10 to JSX for all their assistance and they deserve TOP commendation. Glad things worked out in the end for you both too. Get well Rachel :) x
Glad that they managed to look after Rachel's medical condition so soon, and much impressed with how the JSX airline helped you both out.
I'm so glad JSX took good care of you and here's wishing you great health!!!
I’m so glad everything worked out and Rachel is on the mend. JSX went above and beyond anything they had to do and that’s honestly amazing.
My wife recently had emergency Gallbladder surgery so I understand how scary it was for you both, This was hard viewing but I'm glad Rachel is recovering well
My Goodness! I laughed, I cried, I cheered, I was glued to the edge of my seat - what an adventure, what an experience! I'm so happy and grateful that you and Rachel made it out okay with excellent support from the hospital staff and JSX. What's more, I was really and truly moved by your love for each other, it came right through my computer screen and touched me sitting thousands of miles away. As for JSX, glory to them - this is the true meaning of the "milk of human kindness"!
A few years ago I also experienced a similar medical emergency, but luckily I was at home when it started. I woke up one morning with severe pain in my abdomen. Thinking it was probably gas, I tried at first to ignore it, but it just kept getting worse and worse. After about half an hour it so excruciating that I could hardly walk! This was by far THE WORST pain I'd ever felt in my life! I crawled to my car and decided to drive myself to the emergency room which was only a few minutes away. They quickly did an x-ray and informed me that my intestines and stomach were twisted into a knot and that they had to operate IMMEDIATELY! The pain I felt was the blood supply being choked off, if they waited any minute longer, then my organs could fail from a lack of blood supply. The next thing I knew, I woke up in a hospital bed with a long scar across my stomach. If I were somewhere far away from a hospital, or let's say 35,000 feet in the air and got a twisted stomach, I would have died! According to the doctors, there's no known cause for a twisted stomach, it just suddenly happens, and either you get to a hospital right away for surgery or you die.
I'm sending lots of moral support from across the seas...
I remember years ago I was at work when this happened to a colleague. But his was sudden, one moment he was fine, the next writhing on the floor in agony. Luckily he never needed surgery, it just untwisted by itself within a few hours.
First time I'm seeing this. So glad it had a positive outcome and I hope Rachel is feeling better. I will definitely be giving JSX a booking next time I head out west of NYC, beyond being competent and professional, they have a heart and obviously a very decent corporate structure that carries down to their lovely staff. Bravo JSX
Same
Well done to JSX for showing compassion and humanity. Looks like they are one of the best for service and quality. If only more airlines were like them.
Jerry
To JSX - you went above and beyond. Awesome service and customer care. I wish more were like you when it comes to passenger care
It’s pretty amazing to have an airline reaching out to get you home but to take the extra care to get you a card and flowers. That’s unheard of in the US. Major kudos to JSX!
The other benefit is the driverless taxi is that you can call the driver a douchebag while you're still in the car! Brilliant! 😂
May God grant you a speedy recovery, Rachel!
And kudos to JSX Airlines for their wonderful service! That's an EXTREME rarity in a U.S. domestic airline!
My heart just sunk when I saw the ambulance footage edited in. You guys have become part of my life every Saturday. I’m so glad that Rachael is ok and recovering! Best wishes to you both and your family! And that was a first class move by JSX. Most companies wouldn’t care if it didn’t profit them.
Extremely happy to see Rachel’s recovery. JSX really showed compassion and support for you both. The lady who checked you in at Vegas was clearly fantastic at her job. Great, classy touches.
Most of all I’m just happy to see you are both okay.
Your love and care for each other is inspirational! Wishing you all the best in your recovery Rach.
You are both lucky to have each other and are exceptional humans.
Your knowledge and insights on disability and travel is so appreciated, and its been so nice to get to see and learn more about you, Rachel. It was so hard to watch Noel worry- please take it easy and get better soon. ❤❤❤ Love from sweden!
The world of late seems a strange and dark place, but it's so nice to see a community on Noel's channel where we are all one and support in times of need, glad all ended ok, sending our best from Lancashire in the UK 👩❤👨
Very beautiful to share both the good times and bad with us. Seeing you be there for Rachel was beautiful to see. I’m in the military and had the same emergency surgery once while deployed overseas, so i could very much empathize with what you both were going thru. So glad she is doing well.
What a rollercoaster of emotions. Thank God that Rachel received such great care and now recovering. JSX fabulous service. The Love you share is palpable, beautiful and heart warming. Thank God Noel that you were with Rachel during this terrifying health scare. Onwards and upwards you both, love and light. ❤❤
While the experience of Rachel needing her gallbladder removed must have been horrible, I'm glad she got the care she needed and that JSX was able to get you back to Texas... and in such good fashion. If I ever have the chance to take their airline, I definitely will. I love how they cared about both of you and especially Rachel.
Hey Noel and Rachel, I am truly sorry you had to go through that experience, You didn't need to show it but the fact that you did shows your commitment to this channel and I can probably speak for everyone when we say we all appreciate it. Rachel I do hope you are doing better because I was pretty scared and I hope this doesn't leave a bad mark on Vegas for you, it's usually a really fun city. I wish you both the very best and I watch your videos every Saturday morning here in Montreal, Canada and it's part of my morning routine being a total AV geek as well not to mention my dad who used to be a commercial pilot.
Always so good to hear stories of excellent customer service like this. Wish i had similar stories to share here in South Africa but sadly this hardly ever occurs. Well done JSX.
I'm so happy that Rachel is okay! Thank you JSX for your compassion. Until I saw this video I've never heard of them. Now I have, and I will add them to my flying options!
Prayers to Rachel for a very fast recovery!! And huge kudos to JSX for their thoughtfulness.
Wow, emotional trip,
I hope Rachael is doing better, and fantastic of JSX to accommodate and look after you so well.
When it comes to friends, family and loved ones you absolutely take that free flight and you don't owe anyone any explanations. Family first always. I am so happy Rachael is on the mend, and am sorry for what you must have gone through as well Noel. To remain calm and collected in that situation must have been very challenging.
Wow - I'm in Tears : I discovered this just now. Life is so precious & even more so when you have a Soul Mate with which to share so much of this Life with. I am truly Touched & sincerely hope that Rachel (& yourself too, Noel) are doing much better now. Happy Holidays to you & your Family.❤
Thank you for your kind words. Rach is all recovered now.
Thank you for being so brave and sharing this story with us, and hoping for a speedy full recovery for Rachel!
I would be lying if I said I didn’t get choked up at this episode, Noel! The kindness from JSX and the emotions showed were heart warming. Sending love and prayers to Rachel, you and your entire family.
I am very happy to see that there are many supportive people out there. that are willing to go far and beyond to help others in a tough situation and give some inspiration to be a better human being.❤ You have my good thoughts ❤
So good to see an airline treat customers well rather than a number. Hope Rachel has a speedy recovery and keep up the good work Noel.
How sweet and lovely this has all been, especially Rachel doing well. Thank you both for a heartwarming video...showing everyone's humanity. There is hope...
It takes a lot of courage to power through what you did, it takes even more to share it with the world. Thank you for doing so and continuing to share amazing content. God speed to Rachel for a full recovery and we love seeing her join your shenanigans.
Thank you Rachel and Noel for sharing this video on the difficult medical emergency that presented itself in Vegas. As a fellow UK expat (Northern Ireland) living in the US it really is endearing to see how appreciative and complimentary most Brit’s are especially when treated good. Hope you’re recovering well Rachel xo
As a long time viewer this one brought tears to my eyes. It’s never a nice experience when you need to go to a hospital miles away from home, where you don’t know anyone and can’t compute what’s happening, but I’m touched by the kindness and generosity of JSX and all those who helped you both. Kindness costs nothing, and JSX went more than above and beyond, I liked all of the personal touches. The big commercial carriers could learn a thing or two! I am so glad Rach is ok and hope she makes a speedy recovery, please give her my best wishes 🤗
My heart went from breaking for you and Rachel to being absolutely full at the way the airline helped you both. I am so happy Rachel is ok. I can only imagine how hard that was.
Thanks so much for including us in your experience. Not only are we grateful that Rach is OK but you also brought to our attention the importance of family and the prioritization of time. Kudos to JSX and their mgmt. I fly from LAX to Vegas and Phoenix frequently and will use them when I can.
Rachel, hope you are feeling 100% better. What an amazing journey you two had and my gratitude to Noel for sharing such a personal experience with us. God Bless you both. And to add a great big thank you to JSX for going above and beyond by doing what ALL airlines should do and that's treat passengers with compassion and dinity.
For the first time I actually cried watching one of your videos! I was one of the many people who sent a message to you both, and now I’m just glad Rachel is now okay. You’re both part of all my weekends, and I’ll always support you!
And nice work from JSX! Wish more airlines were like them :)
Very sorry to hear about your ordeal and so happy to see that Rachel got looked after!!
Brilliant video Noel and really shines a light on Airline's responsibility towards all passengers especially those with reduced mobility. Glad Rachel got the help she needed in a timely manner. She's a lovely person and you guys have a great chemistry.
Here's to more videos of you both.
Brave video Noel, All you want to do in these circumstances is to take all their pain for them and its frustrating knowing you can't. All the very best wishes to you both. What a brilliant human response from JSX - restores faith in mankind.
As documented through hours of video on your channel some airlines fumble every bit of good will they market with in situations like this. I’m really proud that JSX handled things in a way that was respectful and detailed. I wish good health both mentally and physically to you and your wife. Glad to see you made it through this very difficult experience. Much love from Michigan. ❤
Thanks for sharing the video, Noel. And so good to know that Rachel and you got the support you needed, and all was well eventually. Getting into a medical emergency while travelling can be very unnerving. Speedy recovery to Rachel, and take care, both of you.
Wow! What a scary thing to have to go through.
I’m so glad that Rachel is doing better and that she was able to get the care she required.
Kudos to JSX for going above and beyond to help you get home.
Wishing you both the best.
Amazing work from the JSX team I love when I company really goes the extra mile to look after there team and clients and I’m very glad Rachel is feeling better
An incredible video. I admire the way that you both took this unexpected situation in your stride. The way that you didn't just cancel
the video, which would have been one of the options, but rather allowed all your faithful viewers to complete the journey with you.
Well done Rachel. And Noel, I didn't even hear you say "Houston. we have a problem." You both handled it so very well.
Thank you so much!
Wow - what an incredible airline! 👏🙌🙌
I'm glad Rach is ok now and that she was well taken care of.
So greatful for an amazing airline and one that truly cares about their passengers! Glad Rachel is okay and hope for a fast recovery. ❤
OK, first time I’ve choked up on a travel video, but here we are. So glad that everything went well! Absolute kudos to JSX. Well done! I’ll be looking to book a flight with them.
Wow this is an incredible gesture. Given how up until this point you have never taken a free flight, you really needed it and you can trust us all when we say this one off will not affect your integrity. I hope that sales for JSX flights go through the roof for their great customer service and selflessness as an airline. Really glad to hear Rachel is doing better after such a traumatic incident. I wish her all the best and a speedy recovery. From Cheshire, Uk
So, so happy Rachel is ok and healing. Having had the same, the pain is UNREAL. Glad you both got home safely and much love to you both.
So glad Rachel got what she needed. JSX what amazing service, absolutely first class. Hope you fully recover soon.
Man I feel so sorry for her I hope she gets a really speedy recovery and has a healthy rest of her life love from Australia❤
Amazing stuff, JSX, well done. A perfect example of caring people and a company that lets them care and do something about it. 10/10. Glad you were able to get home safely and hope Rach has recovered fully. :)
I dont normally feel emotional watching your videos but this is an exception. Im glad it all worked out for you both that is an amazing thing JSX done for you
Omg Noel seeing this brought back a flood of memories for me. I had necrotic pancreatitis back in 2013, ironically caused by my gall bladder. It was just a horrific battle (about 6-months straight in a Seattle hospital and off & on over the subsequent years) , one I'm still waging off and on and I can't send enough good vibes to both you and Rach. You both are just wonderful people and this video hit me hard. Much love and good vibes for you and Rach and her continued recovery.
For other companies watching this, As this is the defination of customer service ! Well done JSX !!!!! , you've just gained another new customer .... and hopefully many more others.... JSX have trully deserved it !
Wishing you and Rachel all the best. She is super brave and strong. I had my gallbladder removed recently and know how sore it is. Fair play to Rachel for flying home so soon after. Gallbladder attacks are the worst pain ever and it's heartbreaking for it to happen on holiday. Rachel has great support in you, Noel and I'm sure it meant the world that you were there. Also, what a brilliant, considerate and helpful airline. The card and flowers were lovely. ❤ I hope Rachel feels much better now xx
Rachel and Noel, that was such a moving story. At times of difficulty it seems that so many good people appear out of nowhere to help. God bless you and your family and everyone He sent to help you at your time of need. So glad Rachel is recovering. Peter, Round Rock, Tx
Noel and Rach, you are an amazing and resilient couple even through adversity you still make an incredible video.
And as for JSX coming to the rescue and getting you back home is nothing short of a miracle and glad Rach is recovered and on the mend.
Suggest you both grounded for a few weeks and would appreciate compilation videos from past experiences, good, bad or indifferent they are all relevant and great to watch. Blue skies as always.😊😊😊
Wishing Rachel a speedy recovery. My wife had the same problem. So I know what you went through Noel. Also jsx what a brilliant thing you have done. Well done. Now that's customer service.
Having gone through a similar situation and surgery, I know how difficult and painful things get. Cheers to you Noel for being open with your emotions. Rachel, I wish you nothing but good health and healing!
I am glad Rachel is recovered now! I wish you both the best. It's beautiful to see how you care for each other
I'm so glad you are all right, Rachel. This was a scary time for both of you.
Three cheers to the staff at Spring Valley Hospital, for taking care of your
health issue, and of course to the
good people at JSX, who went out of their way to be sure you had everything
you needed -- and more.
Such warm, caring people, in a time of trouble.
Thank you for sharing this difficult time with us, Noel.
We're pulling for both of you, and for your children.
Thanks for sharing this vlog Noel. I'm glad Rachael is doing better, after her surgery.Hats off to JSX for their wonderful help with getting you both home.
Pretty scary stuff there. I've been there in those situations with Ma. Thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery. God bless JSX for their support and gratitude.
So glad Rachel is doing OK. I understand how unbearable that pain is. She is a trouper, and so are you Noel. Having to adapt to a new situation can be stressful. And a big shout out to JSX for all the help they gave you.
I’m so glad everything ended ok after what must have been a scary ordeal! Whilst I know these videos are from a little while in the past, I hope Rachel has been making a good recovery since this was made :) All the best for you both.

I am so very glad Rach is OK. I know the EMS crew took very good care of you on the way to the hospital as well (coming from a retired medic). I know it's been 2 months, so I hope your recovery is complete and you are pain free.
Bless you both. Such a lovely, and family. Hope you’re feeling a lot better now rachel. I know both of you could have done without such a big scare, but I love that so many people really care, including an airline that really tried to help you both out. Such a great thing to do.
Wow wonderful service JSX.. do hope Rachel is now well. How amazingly kind and generous people are when things don't go to plan. well done EVERYONE.
As a fellow fibromyalgia sufferer, I can feel your extra pain and overwhelming emotions real well. I'm so happy you were both taken care of with kindness and that everything in the end was ok. Traveling is great, but being home is the greatest. And health is our biggest wealth. Stay strong stay positive! 😍
Glad Rachel is ok, truly a scary situation and it is great that she got the assistance she needed. Props to JSX for that incredible service! Will definitely get a flight on them in the near future.
I'm sorry, Racheal looked so, so tired on the way back. I was crying seeing this, god bless JSX. I really hope shes feeling better now. Thank you for your videos highlighting the treatment of people with hidden diasabiities. I have had diagnosed lupus for 10 years and have often times been ashamed to ask for help at airports and in general, because people dont see it, dont undertsand it and explaining it, well, that is exhausting in itself. Her videos have prompted me to try to be more proactive for myself because I am not alone in this, seeing these videos and thread. Keep up the good work. It must be difficult for her to make these videos, thank her for her efforts. She is a sweetheart.
So glad you got home safe and well and impressed by the generosity of JSX. Hope your recovery has gone smoothly and look forward to more adventures with you both soon
Rachel you were a trouper through all this! I know it's 2 months later but I feel for what you went through because the same has happened to me many years ago. Cheers to the hospital staff, JSX and everyone else who helped you out! Such a worrisome time for you Noel so thank you for taking the time to post what was happening! Hugs to you both!
Im so glad Rachel is ok. This must’ve been such a hard time for the both of you and for your kids and her parents back home. JSX absolutely handled this well, not only offering you a flight home, but also having these flowers waiting for you. I can imagine that brought tears to your eyes. It’s sad you don’t see this kind gestures very often anymore.
Props to you Noel, even in such situation you feel the need to explain your view on taking free offered flights. That really shows how humble you are and how much of a great RUclipsr that makes you!
Take care guys, sending lots of support🫶🏻
I love her sense of humor after going through all that, I'm glad she got the help! Noel, we will always have your backs!
Such a relief to see Rachel smiling again and Noel, take a big deep breath !! JSX were amazing !
Gosh, I'd no idea this had happened. I'm so sorry. Delighted that Rachel got through the surgery. Your poor guys, such a tough time.
