Hello Ratul Das, Here's a powerful prayer to remove fear--- AA P68 We never apologize to anyone for depending upon our Creator. We can laugh at those who think spirituality the way of weakness. Paradoxically, it is the way of strength. The verdict of the ages is that faith means courage. All men of faith have courage. They trust their God. We never apologize for God. Instead we let Him demonstrate, through us, what He can do. We ask Him to remove our fear and direct our attention to what He would have us be. At once, we commence to outgrow fear. Prayer and Meditation Design for living In the sex inventory, there's a quote for direction in meditation. If you got a "PROBLEM" this is good directions. AA p69 In other words, we treat sex as we would any other problem. In meditation, we ask God what we should do about each specific matter. The right answer will come, if we want it. In Spirit, Mike
Do there work as described. Get the step work done with a sponsor that has a true relationship with God and has working knowledge of the 12 steps! A relationship goes both ways… you can’t pray to God and then not listen to what he has to say… meditate in quiet for double the time after you pray. Listen to your gut. That’s the discernment God has given us to hear Him!
I can't bring myself to get back into the rooms after 24 years of recovery
Thank you for being here. You are Blessed
