When it’s back and forth banter I don’t mind when people talk over each other as long as I can make out what’s being said, but there have been times when Matt, for example, will be telling a story and someone will interrupt him to say something completely unnecessary and we sometimes never hear the end of his sentence 💔 it’s never so annoying that I’m like “I’m never listening to them again” but I do feel blue-balled. Perhaps I’m more sensitive to this bc I’m a quiet person and I HATE when the more talkative people in the room hijack my story and end up changing the topic after I finally find a break in the conversation to speak. Then I just feel too awkward to circle back and finish my point.
i honestly don’t mind that y’all talk over each other, I don’t really notice most times. I think it’s shows that you’re passionate about the conversation and engaged with it! also that you’re real friends having a discussion and real friends talk over each other, cut each other off and finish each other sentences. love y’all💗
This podcast always makes me realize I am so Matt-Coded 😂 What's wrong with taking a comment into consideration if it means a possibly improved product? The talking over each other doesn't bother me, but knowing Mike and Erin could essentially give a single fuck about what their fans have to say is a bit disheartening and made me feel like shit as a listener if I'm being honest. Kudos to you Matt!

I empathize with Matt because the podcast started a lot more structured with simple topics yall all round table talked about in turn. It’s devolved to more of a hangout podcast now that the topics have been very vague.
And also Matt, your besties at B&C, and even unfiltered talk over each other. I also watch pretty basic and apparently they do it too. I know these pods have a VERY similar audience bc i watch them all. We like the chill, hangout, friends chatting style of conversation. Being interupted is part of it ❤
Some talking over will happen. But I tend to agree at times it happens a lot. I think for example when it’s like ugh,is say, Mike is trying to say one thing and gets interrupted like 4x before he can get it out. And I think Matt is taking what that person says as a way to improve verses just brushing that person off.
I think the interrupting and talking over is what makes this podcast very enjoyable to listen to I love the almost chaotic siblings at a family dinner vibe it gives 😂

I was with Matt before I knew they were pranking him. I was so overstimulated, which is not what I want from a podcast 😆 edit: at the end of the day it is your podcast and y’all can just “hang out” and be super laid back like Mike described but I think it makes sense to listen to feedback to see how your audience is liking your content. It doesn’t mean you’ll change but the connection with audience will be there. Like mentioned above, I personally get super overstimulated if people start talking over each other, but if I’m the odd one out- I wouldn’t expect y’all to change that completely.
I watch the pod and sometimes just do audio only when I’m driving and i will say the interruptions aren’t chaotic when I’m watching. However, when I’m doing audio only and everyone is talking over eachother, it can get a little chaotic and confusing. I mean obviously it doesn’t last long but that’s the only thing that jumbles my brain.

I listened to some podcast episodes where people didn't interrupt each other but that didn't make them “better”, because in the end what matters is whether you like or identify with people. You're all funny, you don't take yourself too seriously, and that's what I like❤️

I would literally not listen to unfiltered, hoot and a half and good influences if Matt wasn't on the podcast.
