I am getting the feeling that satraps will lead to the word "Chattarp" and then eventually "Chatrapati".

According to my knowledge, "chatrapati" root words are "chatra" and "pati", where chatra in Sanskrit means "umbrella", so it denotes umbrella,in terms of polity, i.e it includes many things. So it should mean ruler of many areas or a great ruler. It has nothing to do with satraps.....
Further knowledge is always welcomed from you

45:32 sir there is a confusion, wikipedia pe Kanishka ka reign 127 AD se 151AD tak dikha raha hai to koi website 78 AD se 101 AD dikha raha hai but 4th Buddhist council to Kanishka ke patronage me hua tha vo bhi 72 AD me to phir sahi time frame kya hai ... please explain.
