Norway isn’t a great place to come, stop lying. People here are not as welcoming as in Korea, Japan, Thailand etc. many Asians here have been bullied and also Norwegians are very judgemental, they think kpop is weird and are close minded people. 💀

I wanted to do that since I was 9 years old, now I'll soon be 18 and it was the best decision I made. Don't let others decide for you!!! My hair is almost as long as hers. Yes, it is a major hassle! 40 minutes to comb, it picks up dust everywhere, always in the way, and when you sleep, it either strangles or slaps you. So I pretty much just wear a top knot with a hair stick all the time. I want to cut and donate, but everyone tells me not to cut it and I'm kinda too lazy to go get it cut. The last time I went to the salon, they said it was too long to allow me to sit. So I had to stand for the entire appointment, which was hard because I have back problems. Fighting to all with ridiculously long hair! The struggle is real!
I used to have hair down to my butt and trust me when I say you can cut a foot or two off of it and not miss it. Going from butt length to the bottom or middle of the shoulder blades gains much ease of care without actually making it look like short hair. Of course, now I wear my hair buzz cut all the time because I got so tired of dealing with it, but really, if it's long enough to braid and bring forward it's still long.
Had the same length, and now I recently got em cut to a bob with bangs. Now the hair is waiting to be donated, once I overcome my procrastination. My head feels super light, and no more hair becoming a hinderance while sitting or attending the loo, also no more pain in the head with the constant bun hairstyle, especially during summers. Phew!
I'm not Norwegian, but I am from Scandinavia. If you ever visit Sweden or one od the neighboring countries, do try our chocolate dessert cake "kladdkaka", which is like a gooey brownie cake!! 😄 It is so delicious!!

She's super cute and I love how adventurous she is! However, I can tell that her hair is really damaged starting from the halfway point down the rest of the length and she needs to get it cut. If she changes her mind and wants to keep growing it, she's going to need to get those dead ends chopped off first and start applying a leave-in conditioner, hair oil, or both on the ends after she finishes washing and to try to break the habit of sleeping on a towel with wet hair since the hair is more fragile when wet and combining it with the friction from the towel can cause hair breakage over time. Using a heat protectant spray would also be a good idea for her (or anyone) if she regularly heat-styles her hair.
Wait a minute wait a minuteeee. Am I the only one that things this hairstyle is actually a bit of a mess? 😅 I was really expecting something like clean and wow and we got a frizzy braid wrap and three mini braids. Come onnnnnnnnn
I wish I went to a hairstylist like this when I was getting my hair done for graduation day. I wanted to get layers in my hair but I didn't really understand how it worked so I was just leaving it up to the hairstylist, but they didn't even seem to know what they were doing and asked another hairstylist what to do and they also didn't know, which made for an awkward moment and I ended up leaving without getting the hairstyle I wanted. Maybe it was my fault for not doing my research well enough, but I keep thinking back to that moment and regretting it. Meanwhile these guys know what they are doing and do their best to satisfy their customers.
This is too funny, even though I understand only the English, it's still entertaining to see how fascinated they are by the long hair. And here I am hoping that they do a big chop so as to liberate her from the burden. More than half way through the video and I really don't see the point of flat ironing the hair. However, I do see how lovingly they caress her hair as though mesmerized by it. And here we are at the end and all they did was style it, disappointing.
I love her hair ❤. I can so relate, I have long hair like her and live in China people here are always asking me if it is hard to care for. But I have very fine hair so I barely notice it. I have had it bra strap length waist length hip length now bottom of my butt and don't really notice a difference except I feel more beautiful with it long and healthy my husband loves it. Washing it and combing it takes like 10-15 minutes I use a good conditioning balm and only wash it 2-3 times a week then I just blow dry it for a few minutes and just clip it up and let it air dry it takes me under a min. to put it in a braid or bun. my bun can be small no matter the length my hair is fine I used a bun volumizer donut thing til it reached my butt haha. So hair texture makes a huge difference I have found plus I don't want heat damage so I only straighten it or curl it for special events once in a while and I go to the salon for that. They do this gorgeous braided headband on me in China and curl the ends it is my favorite fancy hairstyle ❤. I actually find shorter hairstyles much more difficult because with fine hair it takes a lot to style them and it is hard to just clip them up. In fourth grade I tried an inverted bob I begged my mom for and omg if my parents didnt blow dry it for me every morning I wouldnt leave the house my fine hair would stick out like crazy. My mom and dad were so glad when that grew out 😂
Yup! My mum keeps telling me to cut my hair short, but it's so much more difficult to style! I have fine, fluffy, curly hair so it's not easy either, but at least I can put it in a bun.

A bottle of beer does not cost 23 900 won (195kr) everywhere in Norway. Maybe in fancy restaurants, but not everywhere. You can get beer even cheaper in grocery stores 6000 won or less. It is expensive for foreigners, but Norwegians get paid more so we're also able to pay these high prices.
When I was 18 I had beneath-the-shoulder long hair and one hot summer, I just went to a barber that used to do really cool shaved designs and just shaved everything off. Thereafter I had a blast for the next 4-5 years, just experimenting with the hair-shaving designs we could pull off. We even did an awesome maze that exited at my temples. I hope she gets to do what she dreams of with her hair, very short hair can be loads of fun! :D Thanks for the wholesome video. :)

A real life Rapunzel 😍 Western European blond people are always so colorful and bright. I have brown hair, dark at the root, redish at the middle/ends(its not been dyed), usual for us Southeastern Europeans. I let it air dry usually because even when i dry it with the hair dryer it stays wet for quite some time and puffs up. The hair at the nape takes forever to dry😂 so i sleep with wet hair sometimes too🫢

The majority of Southeastern Europeans are dark brown haired with the other big group being light brown (like most of Western Europe actually), the hair of which can bleach or get some little red reflections under the sun's UV light. The way you describe it is not at all typical.

You could cut it to your waist if you want to sit at a hair salon. It will probably grow back fast anyways.

When I was 18 I had beneath-the-shoulder long hair and one hot summer, I just went to a barber that used to do really cool shaved designs and just shaved everything off. Thereafter I had a blast for the next 4-5 years, just experimenting with the hair-shaving designs we could pull off. We even did an awesome maze that exited at my temples. I hope she gets to do what she dreams of with her hair, very short hair can be loads of fun! :D Thanks for the wholesome video. :)

A real life Rapunzel 😍 Western European blond people are always so colorful and bright. I have brown hair, dark at the root, redish at the middle/ends(its not been dyed), usual for us Southeastern Europeans. I let it air dry usually because even when i dry it with the hair dryer it stays wet for quite some time and puffs up. The hair at the nape takes forever to dry😂 so i sleep with wet hair sometimes too🫢
Usual for us Southeastern Europeans? What do you mean? The majority of Southeastern Europeans are dark brown haired with the other big group being light brown (like most of Western Europe actually), the hair of which can bleach or get some little red reflections under the sun's UV light. The way you describe it is not at all typical.

My hair goes past my knees so i understand having to braid it all the time it really does get in the way lol. I sit on the braid a lot.
