Nope running on 6s - Max6 can take 8s but the 1650kv motor isn't rated for 8s - Mojave's biggest issues is that the car lifts at 58mph
Where did you get the light bar from on the Mojave??
bought it off ebay and then stuck it under the roof: www.ebay.co.uk/itm/148mm-36-LED-Model-Car-Light-Bar-for-Traxxas-Trx4-Axial-SCX10-1-10-RC-Car-uk/124284974161
Where’d u get that fan on the kraton
I build them - did a how to here: ruclips.net/video/CTLlk5T1NCs/видео.html
Weight = SPEED!!! But the lighter weight it is, the tougher it is to drive fast 😈
Also the lighter it is the harder it can bash 👍
@@HardcoreRC oh hell yeah!!! I totally agree with you!!! 😎
Excellent vid .. I'm running max 8 combo in my exb and would be interested to see how quick it is .. very interesting results .. your kraton max 6 exb sounds fantastic on those passes .. cheers for taking time to share .. u seem like your pretty local to me .. perhaps u might want to come and have a bash on our track one Sunday .. check my channel for the madness we get up to .. love ur channel very down to earth and a good reflexion of us hobby bashers .. 😎👍
Me too , Mr Trump bought me a max 8 combo for my exb 😆
Thanks for your kind words, just trying to share the fun we have in this great hobby 👍👍 just checked your channel, very nice 👍👍 is some of that on Dartford Heath ? not sure where the woods are but seems like we could be close - im Kent
Nice that was very kind of Mr Trump 👍👍
@@HardcoreRC I'm Kent also .. yes dartford heath and the woods are near bexley .. 👍
@@highflying82 Sweet - thought it looked like Dartford heath. Yep have to try meet up
that senton
Mojave = Grown up Senton :)
The talion doesn’t look like a basher
Oh the Talion is a basher - no question about that 👍👍 check out prior videos of it running, also in the woods on the muddy video
I keep breaking the body mounts on my exb
Im guessing on the Mojave ?? if so then add some foam under the body mount to support it like this ruclips.net/video/J28eZZS2faw/видео.html also try spraying with GT85 or WD40 to help make them more flexible
Foam under the mounts that extends to the tabs and soak the mounts with wd40 (soak suspension arms as well).. Have not any issues since I did that.
What diff fluid do you use
Mojave and Kraton EXB are stock, being LSD i dont see the point in changing. Talion is stock front and rear currently and 300k center, once i service the diffs though will put 50k front and 30k rear.
Cheers
@@eddieroadrunner6691 Your welcome 👍👍 thanks for the support 👍
I think I need a Talion lol. It’s going to have to be my next car I think
Talion is a great car, harder to control in the air for big jumps though, handles very well round a track
My v4 talion will out run both kratons and my friends Mojave and his typhon but his typhon is fast
Talion sure is quick as is the Typhon, i could gear the Kraton EXB upto to beat the Talion but not sure the Copperhead 2 tires on the Kraton would hold up - Talion is just a basher speed king 👍👍
It seems compulsory with the app to say "stop, read" and "track, start". Quit it.
I have thought that myself as everyone does it, but tried doing it without and had no way to sync it to my video when bringing it in as an overlay, if just filming the screen from the camera then agree really no need to say it :)
What's Up Martin
Martin ?
It's just something I don't like about the talion, 🤷🏾♂️
No RC will please everyone, i wasnt sure on the Talion until we go it, now love it 👍👍
@@HardcoreRC in person is it a lot smaller than the kraton?
@@imserious2187 No its the same length and width, just sits lower due to lower shock towers
Talion best out here
Tailon all day
Love the Talion 👍👍
I have to say who cares how fast they are on tarmac. Which is the most fun throwing loose scenery and flying that's what they're all about.
Thats tough - both the Kraton EXB and the Talion jump very very well, although the Talion is harder to control in the air for the mega jumps
@@HardcoreRC I have to say i believe when it comes to Hooligan bashing Kraton EXB is King after upgrading the few legacy parts from the V4 they left behind.
@@gboulter 100% Agree, Kraton EXB is a tanks, drives really well and flies like a dream, no question my number 1 RC atm, all i have done is put M2C chassis and Rear Shock Tower support on
@@HardcoreRC I think the 7075 stock chassis is plenty strong enough the only failures I've seen are when the front gearbox has been ripped in half I'm waiting a shipment of Vitavon to insure against that happening.
@@gboulter I bent our stock 7075 chassis a couple of times, hence the M2C one, used to use Hot Racing or Vitavon Diff bulkheads until i broke one, then figures i would prefer to replace a £11 part than an £80 part - want a big hit that took the metal diff bulkhead out either.
Think Vitavon or HR diff bulkheads are ok on the rear but wouldnt use on the front again
Front diff bulkhead breaking is normally down to how the bumper attaches, better to swap it out for an RPM one
