I made a decision to take back control of life which caused problems with some people in the family. They could no longer make me feel bad about wanting my independence back and my home to myself. Made me feel bad at first but I am back on track now. It has been difficult for me but there is a great sense of relief now. I helped family out for 6 months and it was difficult. But in the end realised I needed to look at my own sense of well being.
