My personal favorite (by having experience with it) is the mirage 2000, because there's plenty of combos you can do to damage the enemy while the weapons you have launched to them would not get intercepted by them
The combo
Rocket,missile,gun(a bit burst),laser guided, gun again (a burst), laser guided (to redirect again or guide it properly again to the correct designated target), full dump mag the gun, and laser again, if it still didn't hitted them yet ( or in simple words, rocket, missile, gun, and laser guided) also take note the rockets and guns is quite the mid range which made it better
