@IqonicDesign Yes, it was the demo I'm having issues with but I can't send screenshot here, it was in red notice with the word "internal server error" it also showing "no permission for this page" in the front end of patient dashboard.

Dear sir when i registered its showing me successfully registered as patient..but at the time login it's give me notification you are not registered as a patient.. meanwhile when i check in kivi care patient portal it's registered ilas patient.. please explain how i fix this issue

To modify text on the Kivicare dashboard, you can utilize any third-party translation plugin. If you need to update the Kivicare logo, you can do so by navigating to Settings -> Pro Settings -> Theme Settings. However, if you need to alter the text in the WordPress admin dashboard menu, you will need to edit the code in the following file: ../kivicare-clinic-management-system/app/baseClasses/KCActivate.php in the adminMenu() function.

There is no setting available to make the email field optional for patients. However, this is possible with customization.

it's not convincing to add patient email in every time I add patient , especially
the patients doesn't use the email
