    Nice video, I used to live next to Holland Park and have memories of enjoying it year round. That much natural beauty in the heart of bustling W14, you can walk into the park from a number of streets, Kensington High St ,used to be at least , the main entrance. If you are visiting London don’t miss it.

      hopefully, you are able to come soon. so many of us have died due to people giving them junk food and foxes, and the occasional person letting their dog bite them ://

    excellent video reminds me of how the park used to be before people ruined it somewhat. Note there's even Egyptian geese in your video -no longer so :/

    Very nice video.
    Squirrels. Greys don't "kill" reds. Tthe grey ones have displaced the reds for a number of reasons, one of them being that the greys carry a disease which does not affect them, but is deadly to reds (it doesn't affect humans either). Whether the reds or greys are the best-looking is a matter of opinion.

      @@shabana3117 Xd good point. dog owners who do so will be fiend, not fine :P
      sadly some people do let dogs run in there off the lead, and a few peacocks have been bitten.

    Is there any grass to sit on in kyoto gardens? Or is it just benches?

    • @peterfowl8013
      @peterfowl8013 4 года назад

      you can only sit on the benches, sorry. It takes a lot of work to maintain the grass, and hopefully meet the Japanese standards

    Hehe you mean to tell me that a person is wrong on the internet?

  • @ILoveMyOrchids
    @ILoveMyOrchids 8 лет назад +4

    You can hear a pretentious know-it-all who knows nothing in the background, "The grey ones kill the red ones"... WRONG. "Because the red ones are better looking"... WRONG. Beauty is always a matter of opinion AND the idea that grey would purposefully kill red because they deem red more attractive is ludicrous. This man is a complete fool.

    • @IanPhillipsWildlife
      @IanPhillipsWildlife 7 лет назад +1

      The biggest enemy of the the native Reds is man causing loss of habitat . The main issue that Greys present to Reds is squirrel pox virus which the Greys are much more likely to be resistant to, the man talking on this video is indeed incorrect.

    • @peterfowl8013
      @peterfowl8013 4 года назад

      you're right, we don't blame the grey squirrels, but just some humans for what they do. the greys here however re not hungry, but sadly some people overfeed them. some of these greys are scratching and biting people and peacocks.
