My opinion on this is basically, Vaxei might be a overall better player than WhiteCat, but WhiteCat is a lot faster/better when it comes to farming.
Champion Above Champions I agree that the only reason that WhiteCat is #1 is cuz Vaxei doesn’t farm. But what do you mean WhiteCat doesn’t have a single good play? Look at Union or Yume Chizu. He is still an amazing player and is probably a tiny bit better than Vaxei at jumps (tho everything else Vaxei thrashes him in).
