Does it have end in this place? Sorry dude put down here any recomendation about spawn of this bastards literally.
Since the new update I finally got a camp here. It took a few hundred caps but I found the right spot to place it since he doesn't show it. There's a little pocket hole midway up you have to jump to. It's right on the edge of the lead deposit and low enough to hit the acid in case anyone sees this comment
Ive spent almost 500 caps and tried every spot possible this spot does not work. The ledges are to high for the camp to reach the acid spot in the cave, have seen 10-15 vids on this same spot its bs
I had a camp here for a couple hours. *Warning:* it's not worth it. Any sort of benefit you get from the lead & acid extractors is more than offset by having to constantly repair all your other structures because the scorchbeast knocks everything down every 30 minutes. I might be worth it if you can one-shot a scorchbeast, but good luck.
@@brandonmclain3485 Yeah, everything was fine when Render was building inside the cave, but once there was a visible structure outside she just kept going after it non-stop. Didn't matter if the players were hidden, she wanted that shack destroyed!
Same, I built my structure into the cliff face after killing a Lvl 50 scorchbeast, I hadn't discovered the fissure yet. Once my building was up it was under near constant attack, I'd kill the 50 and an 80 would come out. Too bad it's an awesome spot, I love the rock arch up top.
Wish you could make better defense systems for scorch beasts. I have a sheepsquach spawn close to mine, but my missle defense take care of it for the most part. Just scorch beasts can be more of a pain as of how it attacks you.
It doesnt always make a difference. My buddy moves his all the time but we always spawn partially in is foundation. We have to enter or exit our power armor to get out.
AJ , I believe it is a random drop, I am not sure where I got it from... but if you want to receive plans quickly, I suggest you do Events. They pop up on the map in a yellow hexagon and you can join them buy fast traveling to them. In the end, it is almost guaranteed that you get at least one plan, for a new workshop building. You also get good chems and caps.
So I found this after watching this video. I didn't want to move my amazing base on my main character so I used my level 11 character with the protection of my higher level crew. Did not work out to well lol Scorched beasts kept spawning so it definitely wasnt ideal for my low level character. I had to give it up. While one of my crew was battling the scorched beast I was engaged in an epic battle with a level 40 radstag 😂 I won but just barely. I may come back at a higher level.
Built in this exact spot before seeing this! If you use the cliff face as an anchor, you can built a concrete bunker. Makes the scorched a breeze to deal with. I also was able to encapsulate both resources inside. It looks like a massive base from the outside, but the concrete foundations make it nice and cosy.
Joshua Reed hey if u are on PS4 I need major help with my extraction. One of them connects to power but the lead deposits won’t connect to power... do u think I need to move my camp ?
annabelladoe There’s a height limit you’ll have to keep in mind. Your base will let you place things on the ground properly, but the power connect is above the height limit and won’t connect. If you move your camp up a couple meters it will probably connect.
I like how you put the stove next to the chemistry workbench to make it look like a kitchen. I do the same thing, but usually put the stove on the other side so the pipe isn't clipped through.
That is simply amazing. Not only in finding the spot but also figuring out how to build upon it. I certainly don't have much patience when it comes to building in 76.....once upon a time I believed the build system couldn't be worse than in FO4...lol

nice camp and a great location but thought i should point out that the lead extractor provides lead scrap, not lead ore. regardless, acid and lead are usually the top 2 resources so its cool to see em both in one camp. very cozy looking space btt you finished!
I haven’t bothered with the Acid mine at the bottoms but I have my C.A.M.P under the archway. It’s really cool as I have got a chair set up on top of the arch to watch the Nuke’s drop on Fissure Site Alpha.
Tried to do a camp here the other day and got annihilated by the scorched! Couldnt manage to find that sweet spot either but good to know it's possible
A friend told me about this location and i HAD to try it out. Built a base using cement foundations and stairs throughout the cliff face so going up and down is a piece of cake. The cement foundations also serve as a roof and blocking mechanism for the scorch beast attacks. its abit tricky trying to find the correct ledges to attach the cement floors especially with the constant scorch beast attack. Managed to finish the foundation set up only after 4 scorch beast kills.
First found this spot on a resource map and your video really helped me under the building height restrictions here! I built a beautiful glass/metal ranch on top of the cliff with a gorgeous view and an 8 story stairwell from my patio down to the lower extractor. Took time, but it's doable! MClepp on Xbox if anyone wants to visit.
To fix your spawning issue, instead of having to move your C.A.M.P. perfectly, you can actually build a fast travel rug, so whenever you fast travel to your camp, you will spawn on it
Finally built a camp here just for the Acid Cave to have a legit chemistry lab theme. Thanks for the video I had my Camp unit sitting a rock below where it was needed an I was struggling to build up near the lead extractor an it wouldn't let me built certain things, thank God you can move your Camp unit whenever. no problems after that
So what's the max height you can build, assuming you place your camp at ground level? Ideally measured in wall pieces as that's how I've measured out a build I'm hoping is actually possible to make in-game.
I see someone else found this as well. I found this at thirty and was trying to live so I had to abandon it almost immediately. Only have found two of the caves in total.

Awesome, great job. I built here, and this might only be true for my characters instance, but it seems that if you build your camp before your character has discovered the map marker for the scorched fissure then the scorchbeast don't come while you're building. still a really tough spot to camp though
Nice tip - didn't realise placement of the CAMP determines spawn point. That would explain why people suddenly started spawning inside my house recently after I moved the CAMP unit !
I lived in that location for a little while once I couldn't get both extractor locations to work so I settled for just the acid cave but instead of going for a lit up mine look I used my mothman decorations and smoke machine with some low light fire torches to make it feel a bit more creepy and turned it into a mothman cave. Alough the entire time I lived there I was never attacked by anything? The fissure was collapsed though so i guess i was lucky
You compromised my location but that scorched doesn't back off. Made my cement block fortress on top of the cliff protecting the lead extractor. Scorched-crop duster still penetrates and slowly destroys everything inside. Also there is a fissure site next to the lake and collect ultracite, plus silver vein inside arch and aluminum vein outside acid pool.
I found a place in the Mire that has a lead deposit and a stream just on the edge of the perimeter. I love it. Was a nice challenge to build on because it was super hilly
Nice job with the camp build, seen some nice builds from you so far, given me some new ideas for future builds. So you got yourself a new sub ;) I was looking for some decent locations to build my camp a week ago, came across this place but didn't like the proximity to the fissure, and lack of a water source. I also liked the view, but ultimately decided to move to a safer location with oil and water source near the satellite array.
Glad you liked the video matey and thanks for subbing. Don't get me wrong it's a cool and unique location but I would never recommend building here it's just not worth the hassle of the scorchbeasts
there is very nice location for camp , at the north side of the map sadly ,east of the fallen space station , there you can use Junk+lead deposites simultaneously or junk+water sadly because of a little far location of lead u cannot use all 3 of them at once.
Yea i think the scorchbeasts would be a little too much, If only turrets didn't take up so much of the camp budget. @DqdoMraz100 That junk and lead location doesn't sound too bad, a short trip to the water to get dirty water with the land based purifiers at the camp could work, Thanks for the tip :).
On the same level as the lead are 3 lead nodes and two iron nodes along the cliff side. I've had a settlement here since game went gold. If your not at the location the scorched don't spawn.

hey hi final render, i have just moved my CAMP there, but not the fissure site is closed fortunately (i wouldn't have bear the 20 scorchbeasts spawn..._) the very difficult part for me was first placing the CAMP = too high =the acid extractor wasn't available... too low, the lead wasn't . in the middle but a bit too low = could place both but not the wires for the lead one . so i had to put it in the middle but a bit higher. and as you said i moved the module afterwards so far no nps, nothing
= HELPFUL BUILDING HINT = I had the same problem with both the neon letters and the metal letters. They would snap to wrong angles or go inside walls. But I found that if I find a flat wall to build the sign on, they would snap properly. So I would make the sign on the flat wall, then make a blueprint of it. Store the letters and blueprint them on the surface you want.
I have the feeling it was nerfed. I tried it today. Either I couldn’t build in the cave, or I couldn’t attatch a wire to the lead excavator after I placed it.
I have a question. I have built a few camps here and there, but is there like a blueprint where you csn save one design and build something else, but if you are over that one, can you plop an existing design down ?
Can you make a Camp in the other cave, it's in the right upper corner of the map. I made my Camp there, but i am not realy satisfied with it. Would be cool to see what you can do with it.
@@finalrender1151 IT is only a little bit northwest from the scorchednest away. You even said in one of your vids that this could be a nice place for a Camp. Can't wait to see the result 😄😊
So I'm doing my build a little different. I'm going to build metal stair case that goes all the way up the cliff. That's where I'll be building the home.
Did you finish? I tried doing this and struggled. I went for realism though so I could of done it in a more simple manner but I wanted it to look NICE, ya know?
So i am currently building here and it seems they shortened the build heights. I finally managed to get both extractors built but for some reason I cant connect a wire to my lead extractor. the only thing I can think is because it is out of the build area.... but why are wires limited by that in the first place?
Is there a trick to getting the lead extractor in the tent? Constantly getting an intersecting notification. Looks like either the lead extractor got bigger or the tent got smaller.
The location would be amazing if it was not for the fissure site. Even the area by the lead is very cool to build, but you would not be able to build in the acid deposit cave.
I tried this location but couldn’t get a wire from the cave up to the lead deposit above - no matter where I put my camp. Also damned scorchbeast kept attacking the lead extractor

I have a question. I have built a few camps here and there, but is there like a blueprint where you csn save one design and build something else, but if you are over that one, can you plop an existing design down ?
You should have made a second floor in the cave
It never occurred to me of I'm honest that would of been cool
Can you make a Camp in the other cave, it's in the right upper corner of the map. I made my Camp there, but i am not realy satisfied with it. Would be cool to see what you can do with it.
I believe I have a rough idea where u mean
@@finalrender1151 IT is only a little bit northwest from the scorchednest away. You even said in one of your vids that this could be a nice place for a Camp. Can't wait to see the result 😄😊
I live really close to this spot. Might check it out later.
Can you still get the extractor to sit inside the tent after it is placed because I have NO luck and been at it for hours.
What armour do you use because I really like it?
T67 or x-03
where should i put the camp tho?the last spot you put it or one of the two?or u making us guess
Okay but he leaves out the that the tent and the wall conduits are some of the hardest plans to find
i have put the camp in the spots ur putting it the green ring shows its touching the ground but when i drop down it saying im out of building area
I can’t unsee the vertibird convey in the thumbnail
So I'm doing my build a little different. I'm going to build metal stair case that goes all the way up the cliff. That's where I'll be building the home.
Did you finish? I tried doing this and struggled. I went for realism though so I could of done it in a more simple manner but I wanted it to look NICE, ya know?
I thought lead extractors gave you the raw scrap. That's what the one at Posiedon Power Plant always seemed to do after that patch.
So i am currently building here and it seems they shortened the build heights. I finally managed to get both extractors built but for some reason I cant connect a wire to my lead extractor. the only thing I can think is because it is out of the build area.... but why are wires limited by that in the first place?
Ran in to the same issue unfortunately :/
I recently built here, and haven't seen one scorched beast despite a fissure site near by haha
Iv been here few weeks not one spawned for me either
Is there a trick to getting the lead extractor in the tent? Constantly getting an intersecting notification. Looks like either the lead extractor got bigger or the tent got smaller.
So do different types of containers act independantly? So I can actually store different things in different containers?
Thanks man this will be my spot from now on
That's really cool now i can find the perfect camp thanks! You've earned my subscription :)
Moved my camp like 20 times in the past week
I wonder if you could stack some foundations toward the front to stop SB blasts/damage to interriors.
I’m so happy people still like this game :)
Congrats on 55k subs well deserved great quality videos
The location would be amazing if it was not for the fissure site. Even the area by the lead is very cool to build, but you would not be able to build in the acid deposit cave.
Secret Acid Cave Camp!
Me: Fuck My Spot Is *Exposed*
4:30 - HOLY SHIT, WE CAN PUT STUFF ON SHELVES???
How have I never realized this before now? MIND BLOWN
Douglas Hollingsworth
What did you think shelves were used for?
@@worme7226 Purely decorative, no utility or function :D
Douglas Hollingsworth oh
I tried this location but couldn’t get a wire from the cave up to the lead deposit above - no matter where I put my camp. Also damned scorchbeast kept attacking the lead extractor
You can wire glitch up to it!
@@Hopalongtom how do you do that
@@krisedwards4304 put a conduit on a rug or sign, wire up the conduit then move the rug/sign an inch, it now can move any distance through anything!
holy crap......you aren't an interior decorator IRL are you? now I need to go back though my camp.
The funny part is, your video is about lead, but you have not discovered the Lucky Den south of the Monorail lift ^^ (Or the den was nin there in Feb 2019).
I get around 1000 Lead from this den.
I came out there yesterday. The scorches is not big problem I got scorched beasts of 60 lvl two times and then I leave the game. I was tired but I increase level. And as it true we want to be exclusive… Sometimes it little expensive. And God gives us such smart guys (or gals lol) as our friend Render. I couldn’t image how this buddy find current hole…But I’m happy, I’m proud and thankful. Good Job friend! Can you give us some advice for buildings. Can we create 2 flore in cavern. Do you use turet here. May be it's better to make concret wall around camp. Does it possible to put water pump here. How higher we can build the house here? And...you are Gold!
damn real dangerous location idk. im kinda fine living near the ski lodge. with a single lead deposit and a deathclaw as a neighbor.
does this still work? The lead deposit is out of range
This video helped a lot, thanks!
I moved my camp to a lower ledge and I got both resources. Its possible. 3rd try I got it. I was skeptical.
