Oh my goodnesssssssss When he started singing, I thought he was actually Coldplay.... how can someone not stan Day6. They are so talented. People are just denying PERFECTION and TALENT. The power in his voice is giving me goosebumps. Especially at 2:54 How? Like how can someone’s voice be THAT amazing. Stan Day6. This video explains itself. Therefore STAN. Also there are 0 dislikes, meaning haters were punched in the face by his vocals too.
I don't think he sounded like Chris Martin at all and that's not a bad thing. The timbre of Young K's voice is just so different and that's what made me like this version. Combined with the stripped down version of the instrumental, the way he projects his voice makes him sound frustrated rather than sad which I think is an awesome interpretation of the song.
There’s something so magical about him singing in his lower register. It’s so warm and powerful. My favorite thing about this is that it isn’t a perfect cover? Like some of the words run together, we get the ambient noise of the streets, the twang of the guitar strings plucked, but it makes it feel really raw and 10X better. He also seems to be singing from someplace deep in him. Idk what he was feeling at this moment but you can tell this has weight. I think....this is my favorite cover of his.

I have to say I am always impressed how Brian alter his timbre to fit the different sentiments of different songs. I don't think he sounded like Chris Martin at all and that's not a bad thing. The timbre of Young K's voice is just so different and that's what made me like this version. Combined with the stripped down version of the instrumental, the way he projects his voice makes him sound frustrated rather than sad which I think is an awesome interpretation of the song.

There’s something so magical about him singing in his lower register. It’s so warm and powerful. My favorite thing about this is that it isn’t a perfect cover? Like some of the words run together, we get the ambient noise of the streets, the twang of the guitar strings plucked, but it makes it feel really raw and 10X better. He also seems to be singing from someplace deep in him. Idk what he was feeling at this moment but you can tell this has weight. I think....this is my favorite cover of his.
