Balenciaga Winter 24 Collection

Eveningwear opened the Balenciaga Winter 24 show with Cristóbal Balenciaga-inspired dresses, and maxi faux-fur coats. Matching bombers, puffer jackets and skirts were also introduced on the runway - which was covered with screens displaying actual and artificial content.
Accessories such as face-shield eyewear and over-the-eye beanies were shown, while Alpinestars’ deadstock material was upcycled into biker glove clutches and bags worn on several looks.

Great show! This brought me back to SS19 with the use of projection as the set design. Love how Demna's choice of fabric from already existing silhouettes we recognize takes their identity to another level. I must say I did not expect the Waders to get any larger and I love where we are today with them. Excited to see this collection grow on me as production, campaigns and the fun stuff ensues. Congratulations!
