The play where Emoni grabbed him in the air with the foul should’ve been a flagrant.
In high school, one flagrant is an ejection.
I have some issues with the officiating (the chin-up after the dunk was an easy, but uncalled, technical). However, the players are responsible for their own actions and it appears they were going to act like thugs no matter how the game was officiated. This was a freakin' PLAYOFF game and they still got into it. You can blame the officials for some things but if the kids are determined to fight rather than play basketball, it doesn't much matter what the officials do. If they start throwing players out, fans (including you) are going to bitch about that. Incidentally, while it has been a while since I've seen a Federation rule book, it is hard to believe the blue uniforms with lack of contrasting numbers are legal. Maybe it is better live than on tape.
