1.83 mn AED - built up area is 2352 sqft and plot area will be 1218 sqft.... this guy just said plot area 1700 plot area.... how much misinformation.... 1842 sqft plot area is for the corner townhouse and that is not of 1.83mn that is 2mn plus AED. enough

Corner unit Townhouse: plot area 1842 sqft - build up area: 2415.33 sqft. Not an ideal layouts but reasonable price as compared to other townhouses in Dubai. Similar Townhouse was of 1.4 or 1.5 mn AED a year ago in Camelia if I am not wrong, now the demand / prices have gone up.
I have a concern regarding glass doors. From a security point of view, they can be dangerous because anyone can break in. There is no metal protection covering the glass doors and windows.

@MuhammadZeeshanAli I deal with this guy and he does what he said I think you get trapped by the new agents in the market. He has very strong connections in Damac and he gave us the unit in a sold out project - you should analyze before buying from someone either he is capable or not

Do town house really worth? Hard to re sale. As compared to Villa.
Damac Hills 2 quality of construction has been by far the lowest compared to other communities. Water leakage during rain is a known issue.

park view will not be there- the view will be of other town houses...
Mentioned the same in the video if you have watched where Salman mentions the view will be of normal road.
