I was asked to provide a peace themed music video to be broadcast on the United Nations website during International Peace Day, September 21st, 2013. I couldn't remember hearing a jazz flavored version of John Lennon's classic peace anthem: "Imagine", so I decided to give it a try......

    Dear Jon:
I love the way you "breath" through your horn. This is a very hip reharmonisation of the tune. It takes a great artist to turn a pop tune into such a beautiful reflection.
    Thank you!
    Malcolm MacDonald.

How do like the es 175 compared to the j-10 ? B

I have an ES 165 Herb Ellis which is basically a single P.U. ES 175 and I love it. Both that and the J-10 are great working guitars but I think the J-10 just pips it for me. Probably familiarity because I've owned it over 20 years (also the extra PU comes in handy on some rare occasions). I did need to fit Gibson P.U.s to bring it into the major leagues but the body and finish more than warranted the expense. It's a killer box. BTW the guitar in this vid is an L4-CES.
