I was the only person I know in my area who bought this album. I loved the graceful beauty of this video (produced for free for them by a network tv producer. Splendid work for on-the-cheap). I was in love with their bassist. I was in love with Hope’s smokey voice. It was neo-psychedelic rock & roll perfection.
I think it cracked the Billboard 200. I wonder why they didnt make a video for that inciedbily song Cross instead of this and Deep Blue? WNEW a mainstream station in NYC played the band when they released this album.
Saw them at the 688 Club in Atlanta. What a unique time for music, fashion, and exploring life choices.
I saw them at The Reunion Room in Ft. Lauderdale back in the day. I fell in love with Hope. She was mesmerizing on stage.
Used to go see them in Tuscaloosa when we lived there. SO GOOD. One of the best bands live.

My favorite band of all time and possibly the most unheralded ever
My heart is melting…
