- Hello everyone,
I took the guided Shoonya Meditation from one of the Videos by #Dr.K and cut the guided Meditation part out into a seperate Video. Moreover I deleted the "might be only accessable for veteran meditator" sentence because it war stroking my ego right at an unconvenient time. This is the 20 Minute Version, There are also 20 and 30 Minute versions for our Veteran Meditators available.

I opened my eyes because of a little bit of paranoia that arose about whether or not the video was still playing, and as soon as I did he said 'just another minute'. This is one that takes practise.

I had 3 double ads during my last meditation, please change it, it is very distracting!

bro its too hard. How can I focus my attention on nothing? Shunya is empty space, right?
Yeah it’s really hard. For me it worked to start by just detecting the „borders“ of where the empty space begins and then slowly shift my focus to inside of that space

@@user-up4wj9vi3w I used the advice doctor K gave in the video, feeling my own lungs, my pecs, and trying to go lower than that. When I went lower, the next thing I could feel was my stomach and my abdominal muscles, so I started to focus in between my pecs and my abs, and there it was for me, right where my ribcage ends. I suppose it could be different for other people, but in general i would advice by slowly going lower and lower, until you don't feel anything. Then go from lower to upper, until you can't feel anything. The space between the lowest point from top to bottom and the highest from down up should be the place dr. K refers to.

I got to my lungs and chest, and I could feel my chest rise when breathing, so I went inside to behind my lungs. Strangely, even though my heart isn’t giving sensation, I still found it behind my lungs on the right side of my body (both sides, but more on right)
