- Back in 2010, Lebanese around the world went crazy when Rima Fakih was crowned Miss USA. Born in Lebanon, Fakih's family immigrated to the United States in 1993. And now, they've gone crazy again... for her wedding!
Fakih tied the knot with Wassim SAL Slaiby, a music producer who manages the R&B singer, The Weeknd! Who would've thought The Weeknd would actually fly in to lebanon for a wedding ?
Lebanese singers Wael Kfoury and Haifa Wehbe were there alongside tapper French Montana, Waka Flocka and many more

Oh, it is a church wedding. It is a beautiful church wedding. It is very different from the other Lebanese weddings that I watched on You Tube where people gather in a big venue garbed in expensive gowns and jewelry; where the groom is heralded by other men playing drums to the center of a venue; then, bride in a very expensive wedding dress walks and meet her groom then they will dance as the people gathered will cheer and clap without a wedding ceremony. But this Lebanese wedding is different because it s a wedding ceremony inside a church. That is what a wedding should be. Congratulations to them.
