fishing Williamsport Lake and Long Hunter State Park

due to the weather, could not fish all week so had to shorten to 2 days in one video. forgot the into on Williamsport lake(shellcracker). and the second day was Long Hunter state park, water levels were way low, but tried to make the best out of it due to the wind also

My understanding with couchville is, it’s the same water as priest. Not separate. So when priest gets lowered couchville gets lowered. Couchville is really good fishing when it’s low.
How is Williamsport? I keep meaning to try it on my kayak. Any idea if there are stripers/hybrids? I’ve heard conflicting things about that.

@@cocafan33 it is the same water as Priest, on the right hand side as your walking to the water, you can the the valves where they drain into Priest.
As far as Williamsport, just a little low maybe a foot, I went several weeks ago and caught 2 small bass. Not saying no the stripes or hybrid but I have never seen or heard of anyone catching those. Good luck. 👍

@ interesting to know about the valves. I’ll have to look next time I go. I generally only go to couchville during the winter.
