Han Kang author reportedly refused interviews and parties congratulating the Nobel prize, because too many people are dying in battles in Europe and the Middle East. "This is not the time to be joyful and be happy." She really deserves to be the Nobel Prize winner.

Congratulations. It may sound off topic but I chanced on this cool translator that does everything and more of what a translator should have, name is Immersive Translate and one thing that can really help is it’s new feature, which lets you create a custom AI expert for translating anything. Thank me later, it's gold.

Correct decision. At least, cruel politicians must learn a bit of morality from Han Kang's decisiveness.

So the Nobel prize for literature should only go to writers of easy read books?

As a Korean, I sometimes agree that her work is difficult to read. She induces sympathy from readers deep inside, which is very difficult.

When Obama -who destroyed Libya and killed Gaddafi won the Nobel peace prize, I lost respect for this award.

The peace prize is decided by a committee in Norway, while the other prizes are decided by the Swedish Academy. They are two different groups operating under the same name.
