@franklinokeke4099 The language could be changed to English provided you can get a similar DVR and use the one with English to guide you in changing the language of the Chinese one, because they normally have it in multiple languages.

CCTV can be used without Internet. The only reason why Internet is needed is for facilitating the ability to view the cameras online through a mobile phone or a computer. There are standalone cameras that use SD card for recording. Please let me know if all your questions are answered. Kind regards
Good but ad wanted to see the connection from the DVR to the monitor..... And is this the connection for all cameras including that industrial ones the bulletin type but big
The connection between the DVR and the monitor is via an HDMI. This is the same connection that is done for all AHD cameras, whether industrial or domestic.
Good day sir thanks once again..mmi just wanna check with you. Why is the picture on the screen shows blurry and some pictures have stripes..it's a 8 channel Hilook camera system
Hi Seth, I do not have the permission of the shops to publish their names on the internet, so please give me a whatsapp on +233556307182 so that i can share the numbers with you.
Hi thanks for the video. I lookup your video for the refference. Currently in having issue with the camera is not switch on. What could be the possibilities ? I measure the dc power supply it only shows -10v . Is it enough to power up 5 camera ?
Hello Faryz, the voltage could be a factor. It should be atleast 12v dc. Please check the video Terminations also but i strongly suspect the low voltage level. Please let me hear from you what happens after checking.
Amazing video sir. I'm thinking about starting a cctv installation business here in NYC . Any advice for a first time business owner would be highly appreciated. Thank you.
Hello, Good to know that you are starting your new business. There are a few things i can say 1. Let your work speak for you. 2. Always insist on high standard materials in your work. 3. Honesty is a virtue that speaks volumes. 4. Honour your appointments, never taking your clients for granted. The client is your employer. I wish you all the best. I want to hear your success story in the not distant future.
No, you would need just one DVR but you need to select a DVR with a capacity of channels that can accommodate your cameras, eg 8 channels DVR, 16, 32 ect depending on the number of cameras you wish to install
Thanks for the compliment. You can watch the video tutorials and be able to be a good technician. You can find more of my videos at www.youtube.com/@tech_inside_out
Hi, Blurred pictures are caused by the following: 1. Low voltage going to the cameras. The low voltage is caused by the use of inappropriate power cables. 2. The inappropriate use of network cables to wire up AHD cables can also cause this problem. 3. Using very long cables to transmit power to cameras is another cause of this problem. 4. Weak video terminations can also cause this problem.

@@Tech_Inside_Out it only has Chinese in the language options the shop told me to get a firmware English version

What are the best methods for checking video loss?I think the dvr video cable plug in might be loose.
1. Check the BNC Terminations, if it is not the cause,
2. Check the power connections
It is either of the two or both that may be the cause

How do I solve it
The blurry lines are due to low voltage supply to the cameras.
What is the software you used to connect to the computer?
I didn't use a computer, i used just the monitor for this particular video. The firmware is on the DVR
I'm having a hard time finding the power balun that you plug into camera power wire. Can you suggest a source?
