I have 2 15 liter DIN bottles, but also those inserts, and one yoke-bottle do din-regulator adapter. I like the DIN regulators. Much compacter and they come across as a much stronger connection to me. Such 25mm 'bolt' won't be easy to break.

I like the modular valve. Easy to carry, can do DIN or yoke. Easy to add part and convert to H-Valve or dual outlet doubles. Best of all worlds.

I have a bottle fitted with the Pro Valve by the manufacturer here in the UK, on the valve there is engraved 4500 PSI.. it had come with the insert to be used with the yoke... can it be used for 300 BAR for both the yoke and the DIN configurations???

Number one, check the burst disk and what's it's rating. Number two don't trust what the burst disk bolt says, look at the disk. Especially if this is not a valve directly from the MFG.
Some times people risk great harm by using incorrect disks on tanks they may try to over pressurize beyond ratings.
I am always cautious about answering these issues without having components in hand.
      BE SAFE !

You should never use over 200 bar on a yoke connection. The yoke standard is not designed for that. An insert should not be able to fit inside a 300 bar DIN connection by design.. unless you have some 'illegal' part. Just, don't... air explosions at 200 or 300 bar, or loosing your air supply at depth, both are life threatening.

No SPG and Octo, that was definitely against certification standards then.
