The things these people did in this show…………they were funny even when they weren’t a blooper…………they must have had a blast making this series for 13 years. I’m so lucky and privileged to have watched the entire full series 3 times in completion. Such a spot in history, there will never be another.

I got a VHS recording of these "Dallas" bloopers in the late 90s. I was able to copy the VHS tape to DVD. I only bought the first few seasons of the "Dallas" DVD sets, and these bloopers weren't on them.

That house burned down in the 80’s but the frame still stands near Preston Rd and Main in Frisco. It’s part of the Brinkmann Ranch. It’s about 15 miles from the better known Southfork in Parker.

I'm the biggest Dallas fan around but I've always noticed that a lot of these behind-the-scenes escapades are the kind of blatant silly stuff that I don't find funny at all. As much as I loved Larry Hagman as JR, I wouldn't have been amused by him making weird noises or sticking out his tongue - unless I was in second grade. Same goes with Patrick Duffy. Oh, well. I guess you do what you have to do to get through long days of shooting.
