Hello chef Ranveer.. i was thinkjng to wrote this from long time but now writting finally ... im Dr Ankita ... frankly when i was in school days i had never done any housework either cooking or ironing clothes ... i know its a shame seriously... but once i went and started the hostel life in college away from home , away from parents and siblings then i had realised how much important it is to learn evrything all alone ... when i was in hostel i was seeking the guide from whom to learn cooking properly then started seeing ur videos ... it took time but learnt alot from u ... finally my mom feels so happy that i can cook for myself and cook for my loved ones ... when i was graduated ... on the day of my graduation i felt like not only holding the doctrate degree but also a degree of wisdom , cooking and self worth ... thank u for the recipes ... the way u talk , the way u enjoy doing the work it never feels like being so busy ... bas khana lagta hai khushi khushi fatafat ban gaya ... i feel so happy looking for my family being a doctor and cooking for them as well ... and the last video of ur honey chilli potato seriously it was so yummy mere dad toh ungliya chat te reh gaye ... being a subscriber i learnt alot from u ... its a great journey... I seriously wanna grow my cooking more with ur videos ... lots of good wishes to ur channel....
I have been having this since my school days....am 60 now. . we make it the real Indian way... straight in the pan ....rarely in the oven....made in 10 mins...we call it sayal phulko. Our masala proper green chutney with lots of garlic its too good with kukam khatai. The other one is tomatoes pasta style. We sometimes do the same with bread. All in the pan. Best breakfast ever. Yaa there is curd n salad n Papad on the side.

There is no food delivery service or pure veg restaurants here, so I try all your vegetarian recipes ,and they are a big hit with all of us. Love your smile equally.
