There is possibility of your Brakes wire is jammed and it got rusted inside the Brake Wires Steel. Cables. Replace it. or if you have Tightened a brake A Lot.Loose it little bit. These are the possibilities of your Trouble.
Bro its a difficult job. It requires a special tool to open the Activa Handle Stem Bearings. that tool is officially Supplied by Honda FACTORY. only to Honda dealerships. and it was relitively very expensive sorry for the video
Thanks bro but mujhe ek baat puchni thi....mene new activa 3g khareedi thi ek saal hojayega but chali kam hai 2400kms ....aaj me ghar aa raha tha tou vo apne aap chalty chalty ruk gai then sart nhi hui mujhe..pedal mechanic tk lejana pada...usne kaha iska pressure engine ka khtm hgaya hai then usne..spark plug nikaalkr mobil oil dala or mujhse 2 se 3 kicks dalvai then usne dobara se spark plug lagakr start kri vo chalgai.....mujhe ye janna hai kya ye minor problem hai..?? kisi bhi new or old vehicle me ye hojata hia..?? or is sey bachne k liye kya kia jaye... (main vese chalata kam hun u can see speedo reading only 2400kms in a year).
i mean combi break lever mein koi wire hoti hai kya kyonki abhi service karai break tight hai or combi break kam ni kar rahi hai pehle kar raha tha pls help about
Ajay Agarwal There are only 2 wire cable brake for front and rear. no other 3rd wire is their in combi brake system. apke scooter ki wire uneven Tight hai. ya pichli wire ya agli wire. Front and rear brake wire brabar tight nahi hai. jiss ke karan brake proper nahi lagti. aap isse fix kar sakte hoo. agar kuch samajh mei nahi aa raha brake adjustment ka. toh aap scooter ko service center ko scooter brakes ki complaint de ke theek karva sakte hoo. If your scooter is in warranty

It depends on situation. If your Brake wire got rusted and Hard to Apply!! Then you need to replace immediately to avoid its breakage. Brake sho depend on how much you brake in traffic conditions. If your brake Slave lever engages to its Worn out limit then its time to change brake shoes.

there may be problem in Drive Gearbox bearings.
Better get it checked from Honda Technician.
