Lillian is one of my favorites, and I have some photos I have done of her that haven't been put into a project yet. I can't promise she'll be the next one up but a tribute to her is in the works 🙂. There's also lots of Ziegfeld girls that I do have saved that are in the public domain as well, a lot of people would be surprised how many actresses did get started with Ziegfeld
The colorization of these old black and white photos is simply stunning. Some of the best I've ever seen. Anna May Wong was a one-of-a-kind person. She brought so much love and joy into her work. This despite numerous obstacles from a backwards society at the time.

I've been concentrating on the documentaries and restoring old footage but I do kind of miss the colorization but they're not everybody's cup of tea and I totally understand that. No AI when I was doing it . Anna May Wong was an amazing and beautiful actress with so much talent, she brought such grace to the screen

I find her fascinating and alluring. I love your post here and I really enjoy the photos. I have no problem with colonization as long as it's done well. These colorized images are amazing. We'll always have the original black and white images so why not add some color to Anna?
I haven't got hold of one yet, but am looking forward to finding my first Anna May Wong in the "Notable American Women" quarter series. I was so delighted when I learned she was being honored with that group!
It is so great she is being brought to the forefront again with a tribute like that. I saw people posting it, and would love to get my hands on one. Good luck in getting it as its something special!
